火车本身不错，但如果只有两个人的话，我强烈建议预订四人卧铺。和我们同卧铺的那对母女很友善，但妈妈全程都在打鼾。出发前在火车站和当地孩子们互动，提高他们的英语水平，感觉很棒。

车厢里很吵，而且摇晃得很厉害。床硬得像石头。我们不得不给列车员50万卢比，让他不要再往我们车厢加乘客了。我们没有收到这50万卢比的收据。

听了那么多关于夜班火车的恐怖故事后，这趟列车其实挺让人放松的。当然，它达不到欧洲的清洁标准，但完全没问题。如果你想更快出行，飞机或许是你的首选。

Very comfortable journey.

Highly disappointing. This is a very cheap and unorganised company. No ticket office, no waiting room, nothing. The service was very bad with no one speaking English. They don’t include the drive to your final destination if you go to sapa. No one is helping you with the luggage or welcoming you in the train and showing you your room. You just have to guess everything. Then a lady comes up asking if you want coffee in the morning without mentioning you have to pay for it and when you tell her that the next day she answers yes with a big smile as she knows what scam she is doing. Very cheap company for an expensive price it’s not worth it. And it’s not comfortable.

We booked a vip 2 berth and it was very comfortable, the staff were lovely. We had a wonderful trip.

Great experience… we had the 2 bed cabin and was very comfortable. I’ve taken train trips in Vietnam before and this particular train did not have a dining carriage but they had a food cart. Thank you VN Railway for a memorable trip.

If you’re visiting Vietnam you must do this. Travel overnight, see some sights until it’s too dark, then off to sleep. We had a 2 x cabin and slept well with the clickity-clack and gentle rock and rolling of the train. Beds were comfortable. We LOVED it!!!

Shaky train. Others customers joined the train at 10pm (American tourist) and were shouting.. l'île they are alone... Insane

Confortable, clean,a great expérience to share between family!

Don’t know when to board the train. No English announcements in Ninh Binh. No Status of trains arriving or departing in Ninh Binh. Only info on board was obsolete. Train was bumpy and people next to us was loud and watching tv at 3am yelling with tv volume very loud. Told them to be quiet and they moved to the next carriage. But that did not help. Luckily I had ear plugs. It was the worst experience ever.

Staff told me I had no tickets

I was worried when I booked the train ride as I was concerned over cleanliness. Many a times, what are sold online differs from what we book and get. BUT I am very happy with the booking and thr ride. 1st time experience for my hubby and I and our kids. The cabin is spacious (i thought it will be crammed), there is space underneath the lower deck for all our 3 luggage with room for a 4th one. The covers on the beds are clean and fresh. There are bottled drinks, biscuits, snacks and bananas for all 4 of us. Charging of mobile phone is easy as long as you have an adapter and plug type charger. Air-conditioning is weak for those on the upper deck. Toilet is clean!!! Overall, I would rate this experience a 4.5 stars out of 5 stars.

The time untill confirmation was long 20 h + and we did not have time. So for that it was a 2 star Got worried. But the staff that met us at the station made up for everything. He was great

Very uncomfortable journey.

Freezing

Hanoi to Lao Cai - a nightmare getting the tickets from the station. Had to move to a later train - contacted by WhatsApp to be told earlier in the day.

It was very good organised. We could leave the suitcases at the station before departure. So we webt into the centre of Hanoi. After that they helped you find everything to the train. For me it was a 4 star range because the hobbeling during the ride was a little bit sickening making. Overall very good!

Very relaxing. Bed a little hard. Lovely travelling through some amazing countryside and Hanoi.

First time travelling through Vietnam and this App has made everything so easy!

Good as promised

It was a great experience to go on the sleepertrain. Really a recommendation. Funny to see the trainstreet from the train’s pov. However the bed is not super comfortable and the trainride can be bumpy/wiggly at times. So not the best quality of sleep.

Great train ride, but at the train station they scammed us wirh a shuttle bus from Lao Cau to Sapa. We paid way to much for a shared bus ride, where the bus driver even redused ro drive us to our homestay.

Trip was fantabulous and I really had a good time in the train for the first time. The right was comfortable and stuff from 12Go really took the time to find me in the busy station and hand over the tickets to me. I really appreciate the effort and would recommend 12Go to all my friends and family were travelling together. Thank you so much for this pleasant experience and wishing 12Go all the very best in future services.

Good fun, snacks and drinks a nice touch

A nice cabin for 2 people. A bit of snacks wairing for us. The train left on time and we arrived on time. The ride itself was surprisingly smoth.

Lovely having a compartment to ourselves. The views were great. The snacks were free and toilets clean. Going through train street was great fun.

It was nice to be able to relax in our berth.

It was a different and pleasant experience. The train was clean and the washrooms were cleaned multiple times during the travel. The AC was cold at certain times so the blanket provided is perfectly apt. The trains shakes a bit of course which could be difficult for some but we were mostly ok and we slept most of the night hours to feel much of it. Would surely recommend

We booked on the VIP cabin and were not given the cabin we booked. We spoke to people who did get a cabin in vip part of the train and they paid the same and got what they asked for. We were give a 4 sleeper cabin with 2 single beds. The toilet was disgusting and dirty. It seemed they over booked the vip Avon and sadly we got the down grade with no refund!

Team managed transfer to next station due to fault at bridge very well, for which we are grateful. No toilet in our carriage.

The driver stopped twice to pick people up and i ended up squished between two people. Too many people in a small car. We also had to change vehicle. I give it two stars because we arrived on time, but we were asked to leave 45 min before scheduled departure time.

Super comfortable in the queen bed

Took a night train with a family of 4. The train and cabin had all the basic ammenities that we needed. Great trip. Even a restaurant wagon for a nightcap.

Very easy booking the train, and everything went smoothly

Sleeping was not comfortable. It was noisy. There should be some sound proofing or ways to cut down the noise. It impacts the next day of you haven’t slept well since we are on a holiday each day counts.

It's relatively easy to buy tickets on 12go, but it has one major flaw: the location of the assigned seat is never clear.

A lot of snacks (potato chips, cookie, nuts), a coke, a water. + Wet tissue. We had 2 bed VIP class cabin. The upper beds were just lifted up. Since the floor under the bed was really dirty (dust, used water bottles, used earplugs) we had to put our luggage on one of the upper beds. The toilet room of our wagon was really small. You have to put one leg each on one side of WC in order to be able to close the door. But the toilets in neighbor wagons were bigger, if not that large that a shower cabin could fit into them. The wagon was quite shaky in comparison to the Demitrans train that we took in the other direction.

Its great value for money for sure but the room is not sound proof at all. the neighbouring rooms are so noisy as they are drinking and talking loudly all night. Since we booked the VIP room (2 pax room) they informed us its sold out and gave use the 4 pax room instead (althought its still just the two of us and they did inform beforehand), but we think they should have more separation between guest if its not fully booked. No water so the toilet stink.

Nice experience, great staff and comfortable journey

Not possible to change air conditioning, no individual control panel. Noisy, bed are nit very confortable. We arrived 1 hour late

The air-condition was much too cold! We were not able to reduce it by our own...

We really enjoyed the trip. The beds are hard but that was ok. We had a 2 berth cabin. The train arrived about 1 hour after the scheduled time which was fine.

On the voucher it was pointed out to pick up the tickets at gate 2a. That’s a false information. On any random time before departure an employee is seeking for possible guests and handed out the tickets. No gate 2a. No hints about this procedure. No ticket counter existing. Just no right informations available in front of the ride. The indicated „Deluxe“-Cabin was just a standard cabin only with another Arrangement of the beds. The air-conditioning was a killer. Much too cold and without any chance to reduce the operating. The personal just opened the cabin doors on her own. Even though it was locked from inside the cabin. And without any invitation. An absolutely no-go.

During the train ride there was something nearly constantly banging and hammering against the train floor or walls, as if a part of the train was lose and now it was making those banging noises. The noise appeared so regularly and loudly that getting some sleep was nearly impossible. It could have been a nice ride because the rest was very good. But that noise really ruined it all.
