这次旅程非常愉快舒适。我很乐意再次乘坐。

预计到达时间是下午3点，结果却是下午5点。此外，我们在汽车站被换上了另外两辆巴士。行李也被重新摆放了，我们谁也不明白是怎么回事。要是能用英语播报一下就好了。

旅程很棒！司机很棒，座椅非常舒适，配备了USB和USB-C充电接口。中途在服务区停了一下，空调有点冷，但司机调低了一点！打算回程也找他们。

干净整洁，管理有序，每个座位都提供一小瓶水和一条毯子，下次还会再来。

Easy to book via 12go, just come and get your ticket at the Nam Hai Office. This time Nam Hai point was at another address, and we had to walk 5 min to it. Helpful staff, bus was on time (morning departure). Bus was very clean and comfortable. Like it overall!

Very nice, they dropped us off right by our hotel even though it was further than the original drop off spot!

Bus was late and we were made to change vehicles to a non sleeper during the journey.

This route seemed to take forever, arrived 3 hrs late, the route was very rough at times and gave me a headache and our luggage and clothing smelled like fish and all had to be washed, they pick up and deliver things on the way. The high bunks are ok, you can sit up a bit but lower bunks are lie down only and rude transfer bus driver.

The bus was exellent: new, comfortable, clean, modern. Driver was also very good and helpful. But at the station wasn't so nice. First: I came to the adress very early and found out that the station will close at 21:00, the administrator told me I need to go to other station after 21:00. OK, no problem, it is only 5-10 min walk from there, but what if I came 30 min before my bus (my bus was at 22:30). This means that it would have been closed????😨 And the admistrator at the second station wasn't very nice, was annoyed with smth. We're all human, and we have somethime a bad day. But first - I'm a customer, and second - I'm a tourist and I don't know anything about the city or the rules of the company. I think they can answer my questions without getting annoyed. It was the first time when the bus was perfect, but people at the bus stop were so rude.

The bus was 1 hour late and than we needed to transfer in an other bus without telling us. And then we arrived with 2 hours delay on a way that normally take 3,5 hours.

In the morning, the company informed us that the bus would arrive at 2:15 pm instead of the booked 12:45 pm. However, the bus did not arrive at 2:15 pm either — instead, we started our journey at 3:00 pm. One positive: the interior of the bus was pretty new and clean. In the evening, we stopped just outside of Nha Trang with no information from the driver whatsoever. We got out of the bus to check what was going on, and the staff had just put our luggage on the street. Another staff member told us that we would have to change into a van to get to our hotel in the centre of Nha Trang. All in all, it was quite a frustrating journey.

The bus WiFi network was clearly showing meaning that WiFi could be used, however the driver clearly refused that WiFi was available and I find that hard to believe, it seemed he didn't want anyone to use it. This made my long journey far more boring and less enjoyable, therefore would not be travelling with this company in the future.

Seats are claustrophobic if you end up with the middle seats but if you already know what to expect then you will be mentally prepared. Seats are assigned to you so you can’t change. We armed one hour late so do factor this in if you’re tight on schedule. Lucky I was tracking my destination on Google maps as the staff thought we were getting off one stop earlier, if I hadn’t done this and trusted the staff, we would’ve gotten off over a 20 minute ride earlier with kids and luggage, and it was pouring down.

You book for 22:10, you don't get the bus. We were ther at 21:10. They said to us, we had to take the bus at 22:50. You have to plan 1,5h more before and 1,5h later.

Very comfortable, easy to find the bus stop. But the bus was 45 mins late arriving.

A great experience - comfortable bus, safe driving, great staff - you get a towel and free water too! Just be mindful that you switch from a day bus to a sleeper bus, but that's even more comfortable! Recommended!

The air conditioning was too weak, and the seats were not very comfortable. With the hot weather in Ho Chi Minh City and Mui Ne, I expected the bus to have stronger air conditioning. The overall comfort could be improved. However, the customer service was excellent. They were very responsive and would immediately contact me through WhatsApp to discuss and solve any issues. The staff at the Mui Ne station were also very helpful, friendly, and kind.

Bad traffic + 4 or 5 stops = 10h bus drive. Also noisy cause of kids on board

Arrival was 2 hours late, and drop off point was 3 km from promised, no transfer supported.

Good service was allowed on an earlier bus tour without extra cost

It was wonderful and comfortable.

Three rows of seats is uncomfortable, not only the seats are supertight, also the space to move back & forth is. The operator service was bad in terms of changing my reservation to departure 3 hrs later. On the other hand I had trouble in contacting my hotel.and the operator has been a great help in establishing the contact.

The bus wasn’t on time at the destination and he dropped us off too early. Furthermore the seats were far too small to sit properly.

We had to be earlier at the departure to take a transferbus, this was not communicated in the booking process, but after payment. There is improvement possible. But then best bus ever. Super comfortable only 2 not 3 rows, so that the beds were so wide that theoretically 2 people could fit in one. Bus was one hour earlier at the destination. What also was not communicated that the ticket included Taxitransfer to our Hotel from final destination. This was unexpected super service. Money for value was overall top.

Was forced to get off the bus 30 minutes prior to the stop that was booked. Terrible experience

Everything was perfect. Pick up at the hotel and smooth drive.

We booked a the „fastest“ ride an arrived in the end 2h later than scheduled (on a 2,5h ride). For no known reason there was also a 30 min stop even though we were severely delayed.

Pros - There will be people reminding u one day or several hours before the trip via WhatsApp - The staff who helped pack luggages into the luggage compartment was very nice, but after getting on the bus, other staff werent as so friendly, but I can understand since he seemed to be the only one driving for long hours without a shift, which generally speaking, could be dangerous - Bus was on time - Had several reasonable stops, two longer ones for food, and other for using of toilets. Cons - I wasnt aware that from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh, you would have to change to a seater bus aprox 20km approaching destination, so i was just all alone on the sleeper bus while everyone else got off, luckily my curtains were open so the staff outside saw me and asked me to get off - Would be nice if were informed how long the bus will stop for food or toilet Overall good ride comparing with other bus operators like Binh Dinh?(not sure if i got the name right) that cost me 50K to share a table of food with a bunch of strangers and the food doesnt even look nice so just left without a single bite.

Clean bus, dropped us directly to our hotel in Mui Ne. Driving was a bit rough here and there but normal for these buses.

The trip was great. Comfortable (both lounge chair and temperature), punctual, and they dropped me at my accommodation. My only concern is that I booked a 10.30am trip, and was put on an 11am without any notice or advisement. Overall though, superb.

Great bus! Super comfy!!! I was impressed how much space and privacy I had. 12.go says to come 30 mins prior to time plus the bus doesn't show up until 30 mins later. So waited 1 hour for nothing

The ride was comfortable and service was good but we arrived 2hr later than advertised.

Very good, only issue was the pickup address is incorrect they have moved offices, need to update your system.

It was a flawless travel day with a wonderful driver who stops regularly for people to use the facilities and to have some food and drinks. A great, cheap way to travel for anyone interested. Thank you. Cam on :)

Everything worked out perfectly

A little narrow but definitely worth it andA even got some sleep. Worst thing is there is no toilet on board and the bus makes one stop for a toilet.

Very good and comfortable bus trip overall, would have liked more communication regarding bus transfers.

Nha Trang - Mui Ne Puctual departure, a stop of 20 minutes for lunch, drop off in front of our homestay. Good driver, not many honkings!

The bus is clean and nice but the organisation is poor. It’s advertised as 8:45 and to be there 30 mins early, so we got a taxi to be there at 8:15. Once getting in the taxi the bus company then messages to say 9:15 departure and do we want picked up from the hotel or to meet at the office. We were already in a taxi and paid for it, on our way to the office as it’s advertised 8:45! We then have to wait at the office for 1 hour to get picked up by a van, taken to the big bus, which then actually drives past our hotel to pick up other people.. could have saved waiting an hour in a hot office and the time and money of a taxi if they had communicated earlier or had the correct bus times on here.

No snoking, super clean, new, on time! Perfect!
