nora LIt wasn't too bad, did the job of taking me from Krabi to Phuket, for very cheap, so obviously don't expect any luxury or even confort. The AC worked okay and there was one bathroom break, so it was fine. On the downside, the bus was quite late, it's a bus for the locals so nobody spoke English naturally which was a bit challenging when I tried to get information on how to catch a city bus in Phuket. The worst was that the seats are so small my and my neighbor's shoulders were pressed together the whole time, sweating against each other... you get what you pay for ;)

Sancia BThe ticket company told us to go to Terminal 1, but actually were leaving from Terminal 2. We didn't know until we spoke to someone at Terminal 1 from a different company. A Thai lady called us and was mad we were at the wrong terminal despite clearly booking to leave from Terminal 1. Do not reccomend if you want stress free trip!!

Wouter RThe trip took a bit longer than as described (6.5 hour and not 5.5 hour). Furthermore it was not the VIP-bus we expected. For example: when booking, the website said the bus would have tv-screens. This is not the case. It’s just a regular bus but with less people (the size is somewhere in between a minibus/van and a regular bus)
