Mario SBus was extremely cold overnight, everyone was wearing winter jackets. We didn't have winter jackets, we are in Asia, tropical weather. Blanket wasn't enough. AC should be adjusted at the evening. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Christian FUnfortunately, the bus did not follow the schedule. We departured 1.5h later then planned and we arrived almost 3h late. As we had to catch our ferry in Sanur, the bus driver stopped for a us at a terminal close to Sanur harbour, therefore we were lucky and made it just in time to our ferry.
The bus and the seats were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the toilet on the bus was quite repulsive.
All in all an average rating of 3 stars is fair from our point of view.

Anna ZThe Service was great and the bus was comfortable but it was infested with Cockroaches - there were about 20 in between my seat and the bus wall - I went into the middle way after noticing but there were still a few there as well. Made me feel very uncomfortable

Rose CThe coach was 40 minutes late from what the PDF said and we got in a couple hours late but this was made up for by the excellent service and extremely comfortable ride. Would definitely do again.
