Delay of 3.30 hours before departing and 4.30 hours traveling. So from 3.30 hours announced 8 hours total travel time. No information prior the departing we could have stayed in bed rather than be stranded in the boat. Staff was very friendly.

Great ferry super fast, comfortable seats with AC, clean toilet.... I could fall asleep very well...

No loo paper in the toilet or soap. The trip took an 1hr longer than advertised. Was a sign that listed food items for sale this was not true, there was nothing too purchase.

Expected arrival at 3:30 p.m., but we ultimately arrived at 4:30 p.m. We were never informed about this delay. We had a connecting trip at 4:00 p.m., which we therefore missed.

The ferry left late. It says 3hr journey. It was over 5hrs. The chairs were cramped. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. The aircon half worked.

Ferry started with delay and arrived with more delay. The AC was too cold. The rest was OK.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. After boarding the ferry, it quickly became clear that there were not enough seats for all passengers. People were forced to sit on the floor or on plastic chairs placed in the walkways, which created obstructions and made access to the restrooms difficult. To make matters worse, only one restroom was operational (the female restroom), which caused long waits and frustration among passengers. There was also no water available for purchase on board, which is concerning given the sea conditions. The sea was quite rough, and while one crew member did hand out plastic bags to those who became sea sick, overall the trip felt poorly organised and unprepared for the number of passengers on board. I hope improvements are made regarding passenger capacity, facilities, and basic amenities for future trips.

- Trip took 5 hours, not 3.5 as stated in the app and on the PDF voucher. But I already counted on this time based on other reviews, so I was prepared. - AC good, but varied where you sit on the boat. Be prepared and bring a jacket or sweater. - No WiFi on board, a shame with such an expensive ticket (around PHP2600 pp)

It took 5h instead of 3:30-4h :( People were tired and hungry so had to eat chips they sell on ship. Don't plan any island trips or flights scheduled after this trip.

I arrived an hour and a half late.

Trip went well. Not many people so lots of space. It is cold under the AC and this is unusual for me as I’m usually very hot. It does take longer than they say. Our trip took 5 hours, even in good weather. But I wasn’t in a rush so didn’t mind. I wouldn’t recommend anyone have anything booked too soon after the scheduled arrival time - leave a couple hours buffer.

There was too much turbulence. And they lied about the duration. It's a 5-hour journey.

The experience was average. The speed of the craft, seating arrangement, leg space were all good. However the waiting hall arrangements, luggage securing arrangement on the craft could all be much better.

Hot, minimal airflow. Took 5 hrs not 3.5, not sure why weather was perfect for sailing.

It was on time. We arrived late because of the weather (4h30 time). Everything went well. The seats were comfortable. The A/C was perfect, not too hot, not too cold. Maybe it would be great to warn us about the government fees we have to pay so that we can be prepared. 20 PHP on departure and 200 PHP once arrived.

After reading the reviews we had low expectations of this trip. We boarded about 11:45 but didn’t leave until 12:15. Also the fact this is advertised as a 3.5hr ferry is a massive lie it was around 5hrs in total. It’s a shame because if they’d just advertised this as the correct time we wouldn’t have had any complaints

The process around this ferry was smooth, from booking to using it. Very friendly and helpful port authorities.

Too expensive for what you have, it takes 5 hours instead 3.5 with a super calm sea, it was too cold due to aircon...

Great journey, pick up your paper ticket from the office (no queue and took seconds), go to the port one hour before departure, pay 20 pesos terminal fee. Went straight to the AC and fan room, bags scanned and sniffer dogs here. Boat departed on time, took 4 hours, the AC was on the perfect amount but other people complained it was too cold... Have more clothes to hand if you feel the cold

Little bumpy on the sea, and was a little late into port But no worries

Ferry was comfortable and the trip took just over 4.5 hours. Very few people on board which was a bit weird.

Even after buying ticket online you need to get a ticket in the counter, that only one lady is serving for all cruises. You wait one hour at 5am in the line for a ticket you already have, ferry needs to wait, we finally left around half an hour later, and arrived almost 2 hours late. At least in the end we arrived to destination.
