Mey Hong Bus

我们早上8:30从暹粒乘巴士前往金边。座位很舒服，空调也正常，但这却是我给两星的唯一理由。旅程的前两个小时，司机反复靠右停车下车——说是要加制冷剂，因为巴士漏水。午休之后，情况变得更加奇怪。司机开车就像喝醉了或者快要睡着了一样。他一会儿猛打方向盘，一会儿又大幅减速，然后猛踩刹车。最终，我们比原计划晚了两个小时才到达金边！长途旅行难免会感到疲惫，但巴士公司应该每辆车配备两名司机轮流驾驶。

总体来说，我们非常满意。唯一的不足之处是我们迟到了45分钟，而且空调制冷效果不太好。

旅途非常舒适，一切都很顺利。唯一的缺点是车上没有卫生间，这意味着沿途需要停很多站。

行程：暹粒 -> 金边 价格：每人 7.50 欧元 巴士：空调车，座椅舒适 出发：准时 休息：3 次短途休息（5-10 分钟），1 次长途休息（25 分钟） 到达：比预计时间晚 1 小时 就这个价格而言，行程还可以；如果休息次数少一些，可以更早到达。

巴士很旧，没有厕所，后座的空调也坏了。不过，我们休息的时间足够，总的来说，我们安全抵达。

旅途非常轻松，过境也很顺利。我们强烈推荐！

购票方便，定位准确，发车准时，座位宽敞，一排3座（2+1）。就是路况一般，车速大概60～80，约330公里要行驶6小时。希望能尽早修高速公路，毕竟是旅游经典线路。总之，是一次愉快的旅行

非常舒适宽敞。暹粒到金边之间有两个休息站，可以上厕所和吃饭。我们还免费喝了水！唯一的缺点是USB接口好像不能用。

不要坐在后面！很快就变得很热。我试图打开窗户，但司机非常生气地向后面的人关上窗户。太可怕了。他还在途中多次停下来接当地人。有一次，我们旁边坐着一家四口，坐在一辆双座车上。显然，一分钱一分货……不过座位又好又舒服。

很棒的体验。乘坐的是一辆 11 座的载人汽车。本来可以容纳 10 名乘客，但我们只有 4 个人，所以感觉就像租了一辆私人汽车。司机很棒，友好且驾驶安全。空调正常，座椅舒适，沿途在服务站停车。物超所值。如果您要从西哈努克城前往金边，我推荐您乘坐这辆汽车。

The bus it is a disaster. Totally lack of manteinance! The tyres were complete flat.

We arrived at the supposed pick up location prior to the departure time. We were told the 8.30am bus was not running, so they put us on the 9.30am one. They then put us on a tuktuk and drove us back into town to the Capitol bus office, where we sat waiting for a while. Then a mini van came and drove us to another location where the coach was. We didn’t feel very safe as there was no communication telling us where we were going or what was happening. The bus itself was good, it had ac, foot rests and reclining seats. The bus stopped every 2 hours for a toilet break - bear in mind these toilets are Asian style squat ones with no toilet paper or flushes. What was slightly annoying was the driver stopped at random points to drop off parcels and pick up/drop off locals at unofficial stops (the bus was meant to be direct). We arrived at around 4pm, so it was 6h30min ride. The transport service was provided by Capitol buses not Mey Hong.

Comfortable seats with air conditioning, no charging ports but plenty of stops throughout the journey to use the toilet .

Really good service. The information was clear and easy to understand. We had 2 stops in 6 hours. There was sufficient time for breaks.

The journey was fine. We had 2 stops for toilet and one for dinner. Enough space for legs and not crowded.

Travel was ok, the driver was a little bit reckless, with lots of strong breaks.

The bus was spacious, few stops on the way and the fro er was clear about how mo g we had for the stops

The bus broke down so we had to wait 1 hour to go again. And they kept taking on locals, so we stopped all the time. Therefore we ended up being 1,5 hour delayed:/

Good service. Departure on time. Enough stops for toilet and food, even a longer lunch break. On the down side due to these stops and traffic we arrived with a delay of around 1,5 hours. I feel like it would be better to put a realistic travel time in the description. Don't have anything to complain about though.

The VAN was small but faster. The roads are destroyed and even thou the driver was very good we had a moving transfer

Bus was on time but only due to heavy traffic in Phnom Penh we had a delay. We had three stops which was great. Yes it is an old bus bus chair are very comfortable. Instead of 4 rows, now only 3.

It was surprisingly good. I did not expect it to go that well with how low the price was but it was great!

The bus trip took 10 hours with the bus stopping die to engine problems. I felt sorry for the driver, because he had to fix the bus himself. However, it took him the last stop to fix it, which was 37 klms from Siem Reap. He was communicating with us office regarding the engine problem, so maybe they weren't so helpful to him? The bus was old, you can tell by the interior and the seats. If the bus was working properly, abd we arrived closer to our arrival time, then I may have given a better review.

Trip was fine. Bus broke down twice. Driver performed heroic feats. Crawling under the engine with a hammer. Got it going. Amazing work by the driver. But a demerit to the trip. Did delay us arriving by an hour. But it wasn't a big problem. Seats did not recline, but they were large. There was plenty of space. A crew unloaded all luggage to the office at the end, which was good service. No problem. Got us there.

They didn't launch a bus because there were not enough people, instead, they took me to a partner company. Everything was well-organized. Both companies were fair and correct, didn't try to charge me even 1 cent extra. Good and smooth service, I wish I could give a 5 star to the other company as well.

Too many stops. Lunch in a bad restaurant.

There was no seat belts and the arrival time delayed for 2 hours.

We had only 3 seats in a row so the Bus was very comfortable and spacious, the driver was driving save, the check in people were very nice, we left on time But! Some of the seats didn’t hold upright and we had a super long service stop to change the tyres and check the pressure?!? Plus million stops on the way plus dinner stop for another half an hour?!? and obviously in super overpriced restaurant! There was very cold ac - people were complaining and they just told us NO it is not possible to higher the temperature! No seat belts for many seats!!! We arrived 2h late because of all the unnecessary stops!

We arrived 4hours late, the busdriver didn’t explain anything at stops and picked up a lot of random people on the way.

The old bus they supplied broke down before we left Siem Reap so we had to wait 2 hours for a replacement bus

I used this service to travel from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. The bus had air conditioning and spacious legroom, so the journey was comfortable. The vehicle arrived right on time for departure, so we didn’t have to wait. It made several stops along the way — about five or six short 10-minute toilet breaks and one 30-minute stop for breakfast/lunch. We arrived about an hour later than the scheduled time though; so make sure to allow some flexibility in your plans. Overall, I would recommend this service.

Comfortable and reliable.

The driver was very calm and reliable. The whole journey was totally okay except the cleanness. Cockroaches were crawling everywhere.

Not sure if it was a 12Go issue or Mey Hong, but when we arrived they didn't have our booking. They did fit us in, but our young family was assigned seats across the bus to do so. The bus stopped frequently for toilet and food breaks which was good, however there was minimal to no airconditioning, so the trip was quite difficult. Ironically, our previous trip on Mey Hong had freezing airconditioning! The seats were spacious, though perhaps a bit dated.

Nice calm driver, no racing on the street. Bus looked old bus was very comfortable.

The seats were spacious and comfy however we found there to be a lot of little ants by our seats. We then got off to find our luggage (which had been on the bottom of the bus) infested with mini ants/spiders! Wasn’t ideal and took a while for us to clean this out afterwards.
