Good travel, on time, with 2 stops just long enough. But no wifi in the van, it was written on the website there were some. But you can charge your phone with USB-C plugs on the sides (if you're on a middle seat, it will be impossible !)

We made it on time and driver was great

We rode the VIP bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. We booked the double seats so we could be together. The bus was on time, the ride was smooth, and the bus was clean (even the bathroom on board was immaculate!). The bus stopped for a break every 2 hours. It was really nice that they provided wipes, water, a snack, comfortable plush pillows and a blanket. The AC worked well. I appreciated the use of a reusable tote for our shoes instead of a one-time use plastic bag. The only complaint I have was that during booking, it was not noted that the bottom seats do not have a window, so it was like riding in a dark little coffin when we were excited to look at the countryside for the six-hour bus ride. We got a good laugh out of it. So just a note for the others booking so they know- no windows on the bottom bunk!

Night Bus (Siem Reap to Phnom Penh) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Night Bus Review This was my second time taking a night bus. My first experience was from Sapa to Hanoi. Compared to my previous trip, the waiting area in Siem Reap was more comfortable, and the toilets were clean. I booked my ticket through 12Go. The process was very easy—I just showed my digital ticket at the reception and waited for departure. My luggage was stored safely underneath the bus. The bus also provided a blanket, a bottle of mineral water, biscuits, wet tissues, and a small toiletries kit, which made the journey more comfortable. I booked a single bed, but it was a bit small. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone taller than 170 cm, as it may feel cramped. The driver drove smoothly, and the bus departed and arrived on time. Overall, it was a comfortable and reliable night bus experience. The service was good, the journey was smooth, and I would recommend it to anyone travelling from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh.

Great bus but freezing and no way of turning off the AC

Very goof and comfortable but the bus was more than 1 hour late on the start point

The service and staff were excellent. After disembarking, I realized I had left my wireless earphones behind. I informed a staff member, who promptly contacted the driver. Thanks to their quick action, I managed to retrieve my earphones. I highly appreciate their assistance. However, the ride itself was terrible because of my seatmate, an elderly French man. He kept touching me inappropriately under the guise of being asleep. I pushed him away multiple times, but he persisted. I eventually had to build a barricade with my bag, slamming it onto his hand and kicking his foot to defend myself. That finally put an end to his perverted behavior. Please be cautious, everyone. The seats are crammed far too close together, and the privacy curtains are flimsy and inadequate.

Amazing trip, staff very nice and gentle. The cabins was clean and we even get a toothbrush and other things , plus we had a bathroom in the bus. The only bad thing is that all the lower cabins have no window

The Journey is definitely worth it. Driver was great! We made it on time despite traffic. Excellent.

Bus was great. Only issue was that it was very cold on the bus. Bring a jumper. Otherwise I highly recommend this bus service. It was clean and on time.

I booked a connection from Battambang to Phnom Penh Airport through 12Go, expecting a direct transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, the bus driver only dropped me off near Wat Phnom and I had to organize the rest of the journey to the airport by myself. For me, this was stressful and disappointing, especially because the booking description created different expectations. The trip itself was okay, but the final part of the journey was not handled clearly or professionally.

Amazing! Great arrangements. For anyone wondering - WASHROOM’S INSIDE AS WELL - and it is very clean and hygienic. The trip was comfortable to the fullest.

Very smooth journey but poor communication generally compared to Giant Ibis. We booked a male and female for seats 1 and 2 on the sleeper bus (travelling however during the day) and we haare married)

The drive was fine. Just the seat I got put in was the floor seats in the back. It was right above the engine or something because I was burning up the whole ride there. I ended up sitting in the middle walkway for half the ride because the seats were so hot.

One of the best night buses we have had. Helpful in the office. Was a sign that made it clear which bus you should be on with the time and reg. buses were on time. The man checking us onto the bus helped get us (a couple) beds next to each other. However I would say you would be very close to a stranger if not in a two or separated. The bus itself was comfortable with pillow and blanket. Very clean and toilet on board which was clean. Driver was quiet during the journey and professional. It was a great journey thank you.

Longer, hotter and irritating Bus was a sweat sauna on wheels Too almost an hour longer then advertised And too many people watching stupid movies without earphones. 12go, never again

The beds at the back are over the engine so they are quite warm. I would suggest getting 2nd level beds or beds at the front.

Very clean amd luxurious sleeperbus. Don’t expect the comfort of a hotel room but it was very nice! Even with a toothbrush, water and cookies. A blanket and pillow is included

Don’t book the bottom sleeper cabin if you want to look out the window - there’s just a wall! Apart from that Bus was on time and had accurate arrivals and departures- bathroom was frankly luxurious for a sleeper bus with no foul smell. The Larryata bus stations are comfortable and well equipped

Clean sleeper bus, well-run and on time! I’m 6’0 tall (183cm) and was able to lie almost flat, though my soles were touching. My only issue was that they pack two people into a double sleeper bed (with curtain separating), so width was quite cramped. If they put one person per bed, would have been ideal! Overall would take again if needed.

Everything was perfect except de AC, it was so fucking cool and I was freezing myself, even though I weared winter clothes and I also had the blanket from the bus, I could get any sleep...

No space to put a carry a backpack except between your legs, which is not ideal to sleep. The mattress is very lightly padded

We took the overnight bus from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. Absolutely wonderful service, cleanest toilet I have ever seen on a bus. We ran ahead of schedule, beds were reasonably spacious, bus was clean, air con worked well and blankets and pillows were provided. Also crackers, toothbrush and water were provided. Best bus experience so far in south east Asia. Would 100% recommend.

Departed too late, waiting inside the bus for over 20 minutes with no airco on. Temperature inside the bus exceeded the 45 degrees C.

The bus was clean and new. Left on time, had a 30 minute rest stop and arrived only 5 mins late. The bus had a toilet which was spotless. Bed was comfortable and clean. I had the option of booking which seat I preferred (single or double, top or bottom)
