The bus was late for 40 minutes. No information from the bus station personnel was given, just waiting.

The buses are always late, at least 45 minutes. The driver is rude and abrupt. The bus company only accepts printed bus tickets. If you don’t have a printed ticket they won’t let you board. When you buy the ticket online it does not say that you need to print the ticket. At some bus station you need to pay 1 euro per passenger to validate your ticket or 2 euro per passenger to print out the tickets. They also charge extra for your luggage. Such a con.

Viaje impecable Bar-Budva, Montenegro. El viaje ha sido muy bueno. Conductor preciso y responsable con llegada a término a destino y sin contratiempo alguno. No olvidar imprimir el ticket para evitar problemas. No alcanza solo con el ticket en celular aunque tenga código QR. Saludos. No hay mucho para una mala crítica. Quizás el bus podría haber estado más limpio, pero nada grave.

Big bus with good space. Punctuality. Unfriendly driver who is snobbish. Holiday mood spoilt.

Friendly and helpful driver and staff at Podgorica station.

Driver screaming. There was a girl with a cat next door. The cat calmed me. The driver screamed at me in the local language for no apparent reason. He had a problem with my backpack. I asked him what he wanted. He replied screaming even more in his language. Then I asked in French, Russian and German. He kept on screaming instead and went to the driver seat spitting some rude stuffs about European tourists in his language. Good memory.

Print the ticket. I paid 1.5 euro to print ticket at station. Then the lady gave me a receipt to say I printed it but wouldn’t actually print it. I got on the bus with this and driver shouted at me sent me back inside and the lady argued with me and the driver then printed my ticket which was so poor quality you couldn’t even read it and the driver let me on anyway. Very frustrating.

Late for an hour. Worst experience ever.

The bus was 2 1/2 hours late. Using a different bus company for the return journey. Extremely late, no updates, no apologies. No communication whatsoever.

Médiocre. Il faut rajouter sans cesse de l'argent (bien que ce soit indiqué en amont c'est déplorable de devoir rajouter de l'argent pour passer sur un quai alors que nous avons des billets), le chauffeur fume dans le bus et s'arrête à la boulangerie pour aller chercher sa commande. Franchement déplorable comme transport. Chauffeur qui fume dans le bus et s'arrête à sa guise pour aller à la boulangerie. Prends des gens gratuitement dans son bus qu'il arrête où ils le souhaitent tandis que nous touriste ne sommes non qu'à payer. Déplorable.

Quite reasonable, shame the terminal try and make money at every turn. Booking was good and received my ticket in good time. The bus was a good service, clean and reliable, there is a lot of traffic over the weekend from Podgorica to Budva, but hey everyone wants to go to nice places.

Hot, too hot…. It got me atleast from point A to B but definately will try to avoid it if I can…. I was during my trip like a dumpling inside a cooking pot, needed 4 cold fans blowing directly into me to atleast make me a bit comfortable, the bus is pretty old and technology inside is really old which makes it that the bus cannot cool down properly, added up the smell of sweat from unshowered grandmas and people with some cheap perfume, the ride was for its three hours like hell.

Please give breakfast to your driver, otherwise they will stop in the middle of the road to get it. Not much. At least it arrived a the right destination. Bus super late, stopping everywhere on the road, letting random people come in even if there were no more sits. We arrived 1h30 later than what was expected. Wouldn’t recommend.

Late bus but we got there eventually. The bus is a cheap and reliable way to get around but just don’t expect it to arrive on time. The bus was 30 mins+ late - as most of them have been. This one was also a bit clapped out and has seen better days but at least the air con worked.

The Bus was 15 Minutes late and took way longer than it was written on the Website. Instead of a quick 40 Minutes Ride, arriving at 10:30 we arrived an hour late at about 11:30. This was not only due to some traffic, but also because the Bus drove incredibly slowly and made a Lot of unplanned stops, for example because the busdriver bought himself a breakfast. If we would have had another bus to Catch Afterwards this could have been a real Problem!

40 min journey took 2hrs. Spacious leg room. Not sure why this was advertised as a 40 minute journey. It took 2 hours.

Freedom to roam. Ability to see the beautiful countryside.

Budva to Herceg Novi. Bus was on time at Budva Station. Bus wasn't full so we could sit together. Traveling by bus is a reasonably green option. Late arrival to Herceg Novi, partly because of traffic but also because of stops along the way to let passengers off at non scheduled stops.

The air conditioning could be better.

Bus crash. Cheap price. Bus crashed into car and we were left waiting on a hot bus for over an hour.

On time, helpful driver.

During part of the ride, some woman was screaming for a long time, mostly while she was talking on t.

Good trip. Relaxed, good driver.

Bus was on time. The driver kept on talking with his friends and I think relatives who were sitting at the first passengers row. I know that there’s a law in almost all the country that talking with the driver while bus is in motion is prohibited. Also, the driver kept on using his cell phone which is also against the law in major countries. These actions compromises the safety of the passengers.

Trip Budva to Kotor. Large comfortable bus with aircon. Buying tickets online with booking fee; getting them printed at hotel to find we had to get them printed again at bus station for another fee. No point buying them online.

Shouting driver, route is longer than written. The bus was clean. It has stopped in too many stops, we didn't know that beforehands, also the driver was shouting between stops which is not appropriate. It was really hard to communicate with the hostess too, they had very limited english.

I enjoyed the trip. Driver was driving good and not too fast- this is important for me. Aircondition was to cold at my seat in the beginning - after I could change seat and it was better.

Şoför çok kabaydı ve agresifti insanlara devamlı bağırıyordu. Motoru gezmek bana iyi geldi. Şoför kesinlikle uyarılmalıdır çok kaba davranıyor.

yelling to everyone. We asked he was it. We didint get to that bus. Driver was really angry, he was yelling to everyone. We asked him if it was a right bus for us (we show our ticket) he said NO! Then the bus leaves. Next bus driver said it really was our bus! We had to buy new tickets for other bus, for other company. So we Lost our money.

Budva to Kotor September 2023. Booked it online. The bus was on time. Had an email with the ticket which said 'THIS TICKET HAS TO BE PRINTED!' which I did and then when I arrived at the bus station, I had to pay 1 euro for another ticket to be printed.

Comfortable journey. Very unhelpful in bus station.

Unexpected stop and extremely delayed. The bus was clean and the AC was working well. We were 20 minutes late to leave. We booked a ticket direct from Budva to Kotor, arrival 13:35. The bus did not drive direct. Instead, we stopped in Tivat. We did not arrive in Kotor until 14:50. We had a boat booked for 15:00 and we had to run to arrive on time, and we missed out on exploring Kotor old town because of this. We asked the bus driver to let us out early so we can take a taxi, while he was stopped in traffic. He did not let us off despite going a route we didn’t pay for. He was also incredibly rude to us and other passengers, we saw him yelling at another woman quite aggressively.

The worst experience since I got to Montenegro. First of all, the bus left 20 minutes late from kotor. Second, I bought to round tickets DIRECT from kotor to sveti. When the bus got to the road, it went the exact opposite to tivat, where we lost 1 h on the ride. Third, the ride lasted 3.30h when you said on the website that it lasted 53 minutes. If you know how traffic is and you now that if the bus goes to tivat there is no chance to arrive in 53 minutes why do you say so. You also lied saying that it was direct. And last and worst, the driver never stopped in sveti. Luckily we where on our maps and said to the driver. He didn’t care of our situation and left us alone in the middle of the road with cars passing by fast and no sidewalk. We had to take a taxi back to sveti that costed 15 euros. Also, te e driver spoke all the time on his phone, which is terribly dangerous. I expect the whole reimbursement of the 2 round tickets for the terrible experience we had yesterday. I didn’t get the service I paid for.

Good bus. Right on time. Skilled Driver.

Value for the money. Excellent way to transfer/travel within the country. Bus arrived 1h late , but probably most due to the traffic congestion.

Left on time, arrived on time. Bus has a high step on the back row. I didn’t see it, tripped & fell. The lady after me did the same thing. There needs to be a warning sign-“STEP UP”-or the carpet on the step needs to be a different color so it doesn’t blend in.

Terrible! Just terrible. Nothing other than the other passengers offering some help - refreshing after the terrible experience with the driver and all other staff at this bus station. Absolutely everything. The driver was extremely rude and unhelpful. It was our first time in Kotor and accidentally missed printing tickets. We did our best to mitigate this by speaking to the info support and having the tax paid and printed tickets. The driver screwed them up and threw on the ground. The bus left 30 min late and we got off the bus before our destination as we had been on it for 2 hours and still not near where we were aiming to get to / had bought tickets to. An awful experience made so much worse by the terrible service.

The driver was very rude and dimwit. The only good thing was punctuality. We arrived on time, as said in the schedule, and the landscape was beautiful. The driver didn't speak any English. He yelled with the tourists all the time. We had purchased our tickets at the station before but he insisted on buying them again in person. I hope he enjoys that 4 euros :).

Late, dirty, angry. Bus drive in Montenegro is in general a big dissappointment. Old buses, angry drivers and late arrivals sum up our trips. Always try to rent a car.

Good enough. Comfortable bus, not a rude driver (they usually are in Montenegro). It was 30’ late.

Long waiting times at bus stations. Wait at Budva bus station was very long to pick people up.

Your drivers smoke on the bus and from a healthcare standpoint second hand smoke causes cancer. Smoking, passengers standing.

Very small bus. Should give seat numbers when booking. My husband and myself sat a distance apart.

Seats were comfortable and spacious. Even though there was traffic that held us up slightly, it still took a fair bit longer to arrive at the destination than advertised as a lot more stops than expected. Barely any air-con in 37 degrees heat.

Driver was very professional. We were not aware that we had to pay 1 EURO local station fee per person to exit the station to get to the bus stop. We were told at the station that if we bought our tickets from another website the station fee would have been included.

Very dirty bus, bus station employee very rude, no customer service for foreign visitors at all. Smoking on buses, no signs in English no indication where and when you can get Off the bus.
