Angela PConcerned that I needed to leave time to clear customs at the airport, I'd booked a later journey than I would have liked. I was resigned to a two hour wait in the airport, but the lady was there with my name already. The bus was soon full and we set off 90 minutes early.
The driver was polite and cheerful, and seemed knowledgeable about the drop off points. I will be using the same service on my return,

Frances PThere were only 3 of us for the pick up and luckily we were all on the same flight so we arrived at our hotels on Koh lanta hours before we were meant to! When exiting the airport the driver was stood waiting with signs of our names, it was all very easy and quick. He was a good driver too, didn’t make any dangerous manoeuvres like some Thai drivers I’ve had!

Meggie HPick up found easy right after customs clearance on right side in Krabi Airport.
Waited for 30 minutes for family, that ended going different direction.
Picked up other passengers at other terminal.
Where only 7 in van, so enough space. We knew the way and luckily did not leave the van at the first spot with similar (not same) name - but 5 km apart.
So be sure off it is the right adress/place. They dropped off at the highway.

Jeanne MOnce we got underway, the ride to the hotels went completely smoothly. The driver knew exactly where everyone was supposed to go and the entire ride took about 45 minutes less than estimated. After getting off the plane and picking up luggage, it was a bit unclear where to go to meet the shuttle van and no one at the airport had ever heard of the airport shuttle, including the info desk. I got ahold of the customer help line for the shuttle company and we figured it out. All ended well.

Sean SVery fast and efficient service. Arrived an hour quicker than scheduled. However be warned, If you are using Air Asias "fly thru" service then you will leave the airport at the international arrivals terminal, even if you flew domestic. Simply get a free ride across to domestic arrivals to meet your driver.

Sylwia WThe bus was comfortable and the journey was, altogether, very nice. We had booked the transfer that was 2 hours after our arrival at the airport, because we hadn't known if the plane would not be delayed. The plane landed on time and they were even waiting for us at the airport so we could leave the airport almost 2 hours before our booked transfer. However, the driver was driving a bit too fast and did not speak English almost at all (which was a bit problematic as he had been given the wrong hotel address)

Angga PThe service was good, I'm giving 4 stars because it's more than the expectation. The driver picked me up at my hotel earlier than the schedule and we arrived earlier as well than the schedule at the airport. But bare in mind that they have to pick up every passenger at their hotels so it takes time. In overall, it's worth every penny as the van was comfortable with VIP seats.
They just need to have better communication system as I was going to the international airport but the driver dropped me at the domestic departure, but it's not a big deal since I got a free airport shuttle to go to the international departure.

Thomas WI booked the 20:00 van and arrived at Krabi airport in no hurry because I expected a long waiting time. Somebody at a stall saw the voucher I held in my hand and yelled at me. From there on, I was handed over from one person to the next until I sat right in the van to Koh Lanta which took off a few minutes later. The company had put me on the earlier van and I had 0 waiting time at the airport. The driver was very good, too. He had a calm driving still, so I did not get sick. Excellent experience with this company, highly recommend!
