Takatoshi WI used your site for the first time because I don't understand Lao well and I was worried that the bus tickets would be sold out. I knew about your site before because a Japanese YouTuber introduced 12Go. This time the bus fare was the equivalent of 4,600 yen in Japanese yen, but you and the bus company charged a commission of about 4,000 yen, which I was not happy about. The bus that was introduced on your site was a new bus with privacy in mind, with curtains on the aisle side. However, in reality it was an old bus and there were curtains only on the window side.

Caio CBus was way older than the one I bought.
Bus was loaded with a lot of things that weren’t from passengers even inside the bus.

Fabian BGood option to get from Vientiane to Pakse. Spacious Beds and good aircon. Pillows and blankets are provided. It looked like one of the better sleeper buses leaving the bus station. I would recommend it. Keep in mind you'll share your bed with someone else if you're traveling alone (otherwise buy 2 tickets).
