旅途愉快。小型巴士。司机技术好。准时。

行李都放在乘客车厢里，所以空间不大。幸运的是，车上有很多当地人，行李也不多。途中停靠了几次，方便一些当地人上下车。考虑到价格，这趟车真的还不错！

一切都很顺利，我们甚至提前一个小时到达了曼谷。

我们出发晚了，因为售票处的工作人员一直在找乘客。司机不会说英语，还一直用泰语对着所有乘客（大部分是外国人）大喊大叫。车上既没有腿部空间，也没有行李空间，而且因为中途一些看似随意的停靠站（当时只停靠付费的当地人），车厢里挤得水泄不通，我们到达的时间更晚了。后来我们乘坐Go Family巴士返回，体验好得多。

办理登车手续快捷方便，发车和到达都准时，巴士干净舒适。总之，非常棒！????

我们想去的任何地方都可以在 12Go 上找到。没有像英国那样的罢工。有时会停几站，但真的无所谓。这是我们用过的最好的应用程序，我们游历了泰国、老挝、越南和柬埔寨。希望英国也能如此高效。谢谢

我不知道离 bts 这么远，坐了嘟嘟车，错过了我预订的巴士，但好心的售票员允许我搭乘下一班巴士，谢谢。

一切都很顺利，准时又舒适

It was a mini bus / van. I got the seat next to the driver so i guess i had more space and a more confortable seat. The bus stops along the way when someone asks him to. But it fits the 3-hours trip indicated on the ticket.

Departured on time and arrived on time. Good driver and kind staff.

I was able to sleep that was good but there was no place for our luggage

It was very easy to book online and when we arrived at the bus station it was super easy- I printed our vouchers beforehand to give to them. I booked 2 extra seats as we had 4 people with 4 large suitcases. The van driver was very rude and wouldn’t listen to us telling him we booked other seats for our luggage he just got angry and told us to go back to the check in desk. So we did and the guy at the check in desk was very helpful and came over to the van with us and told the driver it was ok. Then as it turned out he put our luggage in the back boot area of the van anyway so I didn’t need to book extra seats. Besides all that the vans are nice, the seats are good and we arrived at our destination early. Overall for the price this is a good option for travel.

The website booking was easy, if only the ticket allows some flexiblity for change of time etc

What I told the driver about my destination, he kindly dropped me off at the BTS station saying that is a right train which I should get on. I saved a lot of money because in Bangkok, it cost a lot from the terminal bus station to the center of the city because I have to take a taxi. I’m very satisfied with his kindness.

Overall a poor experience traveling, the driver seemed to have some sort of issue with us. Initially as we’re getting on the bus (40 minutes early so plenty of time as it sat idle) he told us that we couldn’t bring on some ice cup cold drinks we had in hand so we tried to finish these outside before entering however he just hastily ushered us on regardless without a chance to finish these. He then made us sit in small seats at the very back of the bus surrounded by all the luggage (bare in mind we were easily the tallest / biggest people on the bus, I’m 195cm) even though everyone else getting on were able to just choose where they wanted to sit and there was plenty of free space. As we were sitting down he noticed my partner had a water flask attached to their bag so he came over to make a point of telling us to “not open it at any point during the journey”… All this while locals were sat on the bus eating ice creams, drinking cans / bottle of drinks and so on. Moments later an older western looking man and his (presumably) Thai wife got onboard with bottles of water and ice cups in hand without any issues whatsoever. We were very much singled out and made to feel uncomfortable.

The bus departed and arrived in time. However the driver was not super friendly and threw garbage out of the window 😕

The seats weren't comfortable at all and there was a real lack of communication from the operator of the service. Many people had to ask which bus was theirs and there was lots of confusion (by both staff and customers) about who should be on the bus. Understandably, the bus driver di not speak English so lot of people spent the whole journey not confident that they were going to end up where they needed to be. In true Thai style though, we did end up exactly where we were expecting. TIP: Mo Chit bus terminal is about a 25 minute walk to the BTS station so factor that in if you need to get somewhere at a certain time.

Very positive that we could leave before than expected, Negative: the temperature inside the bus was too cold! Any way the driver took care of us an explained when we had arrived
