交通很顺畅。比预计时间提前到达碧瑶，我很喜欢。唯一需要改进的地方是乘客候车区需要更安全、更舒适。

巴士在预定出发时间后 30 分钟出发。然后不得不停在另一个车站。一直很臭，闻起来像下水道的味道。然后它就崩溃了。与气压有关的东西。我们因此损失了一个半小时。女服务员一直咳嗽得很厉害。然后当我们到达碧瑶时，司机就把我们送到航站楼外的路边。因此，我们试图拿到所有行李并与走在人行道上的人群进行斗争，这真是一场混乱。真是一团糟。

座位安排上出现了一些混乱。网上分配的座位和巴士上的座位不符。我们订了三张票，原本是连在一起的。结果，我们都被安排到了不同的座位上。因此，巴士比预定时间晚了20到30分钟才出发。不过，除了这个小插曲之外，巴士本身以及旅途都很顺利。

我们在 Joybus 上的经历很棒——很舒适，而且他们有毯子和茶点。肯定会为我的下次旅行预订这家酒店。

他们临时把巴士从高级车厢换成了豪华车厢。这倒没什么大不了的，而且他们也退了我20比索，不过那辆巴士确实有点旧了。

躺椅有点颠簸？……没什么特别的，不过提前一个小时到了？

没有头枕的座位有点不舒服。但旅途很愉快。提前一个小时到达目的地。

我的预订出了点问题，但iwantseats的工作人员非常热心，帮我协调了Joybus的座位。本来应该是一次失败又令人焦虑的经历，但多亏了iwantseats的工作人员，我才能及时赶到碧瑶参加朋友的婚礼。

缺点：库巴奥车站又臭又吵，真是个糟糕的地方，急需翻新。行李舱应该偶尔清理一下——我的行李下车后脏得要命。另外，如果白天能有一两班服务就好了，这样我就不用半夜起来了。如果要到中午才能办理登机手续，那一大早就到了巴勒还有什么意义呢？好吧，离开马尼拉确实要花很长时间，但至少大家不会累得像要死了一样才到……优点：巴士车况很好，很舒适，空调也很棒。车上没有播放音量超大的糟糕电影，只有轻柔的音乐——谢谢！司机看起来很谨慎。而且，神奇的是，实际行程比预计的还要短！总的来说，我觉得很划算:)

我很享受这次旅行。巴士非常干净，卫生间也很干净。不过，像餐盘和脚踏板之类的有些地方不太好。总的来说，这是一次很棒的旅程！

我们的预定航班是凌晨 12:30。请不要指望您的乘客打印出确认电子邮件，并指示我们在午夜 12 点寻找附近的计算机商店来获取打印件。QR 码和确认号码在哪里？打印机和扫描仪在哪里？我们为我们的女主人支付了 P800 以上。谢谢。

巴士非常干净，非常舒适。我绝对会选择 Joy 巴士，而不是其他巴士。12go 只需确保他们在发送确认时发送的是可用的 pdf 文件

拿到正式机票花了相当长的时间，因为公司要求提供纸质打印件，这与邮件中所说的“请打印出来或准备好您的预订号码……”不符。如果可以，请提前打印出来，以免延误。

旅途非常顺利。希望他们也能提供小枕头。

库包航站楼非常舒适，工作人员也非常友善和乐于助人。

A very pleasant and hassle free journey. We extended our journey to NAIA T3 and the person at the booking office was very helpful. The snack and water given by the very pleasant drivers assistant was a very nice touch and totally unexpected. Customer service at its best. I would certainly recommend your service. First class. Thankyou.

the bus was just like any other ordinary aircon bus..only difference is that it has no stop over..

Uncomfortable seats. I booked for a premiere price but it seems de.luxe bus was given

Seat tablet not working well. Can watch a movie.

Earphones should be provided

Bus was clean and comfortable, driver and bus stewardess were kind and accommodating. Did not like how the bus stopped by the side of EDSA Cubao instead of parking inside a terminal.

The cr stinks. The bottle holder is broken. The driver and the girl staff are nice.

Bus was clean and comfy, left Cubao on time. Twas a great ride.

Left the terminal 30 mins. late from the original sched but trip was fast. Arrived Baguio within 4 hours. Restroom inside bus has a foul odor. Bus stewardess was also coughing hard the entire trip (without ever covering her mouth) and it was very unhygienic and uncomfortable for the riders.

Toilet has no sink and tissue. Also,water containers to flush the toilet are empty. I hope it can be improved. Otherwise, driving was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks

Seats were already assigned and the staff was very accomodating

Travel was great because it was fast. I find it really a hassle though that I have to PRINT the ticket. Printer is not that accessible nowadays which is why etickets with QR codes should be enough.

Just 4. No wifi, no options to choice seats.

Terminal is not exclusive and dirty. There were many flies inside the genesis airconditioned room. The girl attendant of the bus had cough and was not using a mask. She can contaminate the whole bus with her virus. No blanket was given. The bus was suppose to leave by 11:00am, we left 11:20am.

Easy and fast

I had great trip.

I can't comfortably sleep during the travel. My seat 5c/7c reclining adjustment is broken, i can't lay down properly because it gets back to sit position. Please fix, tnx.
