Bus not very Clean, and the service not that good

I thought it was a good bus; clean and comfortable.

Got to destination safely. We only stopped once after 5 hours, and then again at the end of our bus journey. I didn't mind as I had eaten already, although it would've been nice to have more stops as the toilet in the bus didn't smell too good... and its just difficult to use the bathroom in a moving bus.

Alright bus ride. Friendly employees. Definitely not the bus from the advertisements. Was an hour late leaving but arrived early. Bus itself is getting pretty run down and the bathroom could use some work, anytime someone used it the smell would waft through the bus. The pickup was also not at the Krabi bus terminal like indicated on the ticket. Pretty average for an overnight bus all and all, definitely not the best but definitely not the worst.

The lied about the place they dropped us

Fat lady at the counted was rude, bus uncomfortable with barley working ac, 10h drive with 2 stops at company owned places with high prices, but after all we made it almost in time. through bangkok-ko samui we had to change the bus 3 times, you just have to make sure u are in the right one highly recommend paying more for better comfort.

The departure time was delayed.

Five transfers with a lot of bags is very inconvenient and the delay is two hours

The First Van was 30 mins late. After a 10 min ride I switched into a bus to Surat Thani. There was a 30 min break before I got onto another bus that took us to Bangkok. Overall it was comfy most of the time but actually sleeping was quite hard for me :( The last ride had blankets and you could add a Upgrade for 200 THB

not even 30min into the trip, our bus driver hit a car and we had to pull over and wait for over an hour.

I am disappointed with the Koh Samui – Krabi transfer (ferry + bus). We arrived almost at 18:00, while according to the schedule the arrival time was 14:00. A delay of nearly four hours is unacceptable. Overall, the trip was poorly organized and stressful. I hope the company improves its service and time management.

The first ten hours of the bus journey were unfortunately not very pleasant. The seats were squeaky, the bus made a beeping sound every two to five minutes, and overall it was not very comfortable. During the scheduled breaks, the stops were not at official gas stations or regular convenience stores, but at shops operated by the company itself. This created the impression that passengers were being subtly encouraged to purchase food or snacks there, which felt somewhat uncomfortable. The remainder of the trip was good and seamless. Both the ferry transfer and the second bus were perfectly fine and much more comfortable.

The first bus was late but nobody told us anything just a lady at the beginning that did not give us any information,closed the store and left after the initial departure time. we waited for 40 mins without news and with no one at the pick up point. Then the second overnight bus was HORRIBLE, it stinked like pee for the whole time, the toilet was not working, the seats were extremely narrow and small, not to mention that it was stopping literally every hour turning the lights on, so it was impossible to sleep. No WiFi, no phon plugs, just a 10 hours nightmare. For the same price you can get a much better service. I definetly not reccomend

The ferry was one our late Which is not the fault of the company and the driver waits for us It was a chaos to find the right minivan at the pier No organisation Because there where no city names on the minivans We habe to ask several times Two of the guests took the wrong mini van and we have to return to change the guests The mini van was too full and the driver drove in a very dangerous way We were afraid He didn’t leave space to the front cars on the highway and has difficulties to stop in time For tall people it is difficult to find space for the legs

I had to pay an extra 600 baht for mini van to Patong. I paid for the full trip on 12Go said nothing about extra money. They sent the bus back to Bangkok and said you have to get shared minivan from here. So I had no other choice but to pay the extra. It should be put on the listing as Bangkok to Surat Thani not Patong as they don’t take you full way.

The ferry back from Samui was delayed 1 hr. I think it would be a good idea to let customers know that can happen so we can get an earlier ticket online.

All the charging ports were all non functioning and for a travel time of almost 12 hours, thats frustrating. Rest everything was okay.

It was terrible to wait in the middle of nowhere the bus to the Bangkok. From the ferry station the old and scary vehicles to the Surat Thani. Then in this middle of nowhere with padthai for 100 baht also was asked to pay additional 200 baht for the sitting alone.

The ferry was nice, not so much info when we arrived. We booked for a van but got put in a bus, had to wait a long time so then we decided to take a taxi instead

It was as expected, not a vip sleeperbus. Just regular seats that could go back. Just an ok experience. Got me from A to B!

Was a mix experience I didn't feel Thai welcoming vibe. Plus the bus was different then the one in pics looked less comfortable and old. Overall was a good experience I took us safe and I'm grateful for that

It claimed that we would get FREE water and snacks. Instead at the first stop we have been told "it's the last stop BUY your food and snacks now" and the second stop the same. The last companies offerd a free meal as well.

Way with boat was fine. We didn't expected luxury, si we were not disappointed. But driver of van and the Way was horrible. Driver was still on phone and we arrived almost an hour larer.

The van driver was always making calls, the organization was not good at all. 3 peoples were left behind and we should drive back. The driver was really rude!

Bus was pretty cramped and smelly wish the seats were more comfortable. They did a stop that seamed kinda like a scam where everyone was let off at a bus stop and they basically forced people to buy these expensive bus passes basically the same price as a taxi from the ferry to your hotel I recommend for the price to just get rental motercycle for the day and drive around. Also it won't let you motorbike taxi out of the Ferry terminal you gotta walk like 100meters to the 711 and they will pick you up there.

The line for the boat was so long we almost missed it, despite arriving 40 minutes before departure. The boat almost took an hour longer than expected, causing a two-hour delay on our trip. There was no information in the PDF provided on where to go, how long the trip would be etc. The bus we were in smelled like a rat had died in the ventilation,

You might not know what vehicle you are getting in straight away. Don’t panic. The drivers can be abit crazy. They will call out different destinations randomly, without any rhyme or reason. Just make sure you get in the right vehicle.

Advertised as arrival 16.30. We arrived 17.30. Bus from Don Sak to Krabi very old. Sold by Jorinthion tour. Did not see once a board or sign showing this. At vehicle changes we had to ask a few people to find our way.

A absolute shambles from getting off the ferry these guy are joker on wee not good to talk to need looking at before soming go's bad as accidents happen

My trip got cancelled and i had to stay over night and find a hotel in don sak, hopefully they will process the refund for my ticket

The take extra money

Unorganised, uninformative, total khaos in Surat Thani. The first bus was OK, second was a bit of an old banger but did the job.

Well organised. I appreciate Thai people to try and speak English, thank you for making the effort to learn second language. I know for fact I wouldn't be able to speak Thai. Thank you guys!

Comfortable journey

Once leaving the boat, I was forced into the back of a van with no full seat, made to sit on half my butt, while a luggage wheel was jammed into my leg. Fully cramped. Van should use the back seat for luggage storage only, not for paying customers

Lots and lots of stops to pick up other customers. Arrived on time, drivers safe and comfortable, but takes about 3 hours longer than just driving straight there.

The Guide was very nice and gave us as family with a Baby the downstairs Department. The driver though was quite loud to announce the Night stop (0pm) and Bus change (6am), which would have been nice to be informed about earlier, and not have the feeling of suddenly being thrown out of the Bus.

We booked a trip from Koh Lanta to Bangkok starting at 12:30pm at Lanta Transport Office and with a planned arrival in Bgk at 6am. We first got onto a van from Lanta to Krabi Bus Station where we had to wait for 1,5h to change into a bigger bus. We then travelled for a few hours to somewhere in Chumpon where we changed again (after waiting an hour) into a VIP sleeper bus. I think it was the more expensive option, but definitely worth it as the seats were very comfortable. We arrived an hour earlier in Bagkok, so at 5:00am. The whole experience was quite ok, not as bad as we were anticipating. The only few points for you to be aware of: 1)the changeovers between buses etc was quite chaotic with different people were saying different things 2) it would be nice to be told of the fact that you'd be changing means of transport twice, not once. Apart from that it was quite ok, but I strongly suggest you go for the more comfortable/expensive option of the VIP bus.

Great experience!! The bus from start to finish was amazing, the bus was new, very clean and the seats recline to almost laying down. The bus driver and other staff were very helpful, friendly and they spoke great English. I was very comfortable the whole way to Bangkok, we stopped twice for food and arrived an hour early. My only constructive criticism is about the first food stop which left me a little disappointed- I have a rare medical condition, it’s an autoimmune disease I have take three different types of antihistamines throughout the day/while eating as I am allergic to almost everything but some foods cause anaphylactic shock. I had some issues arise before boarding the ferry which prevented me from getting some food for my trip. So when we arrived at the first stop, I tried to ask the only food stand for ingredients in the fried rice, she looked immediately looked annoyed of me, then spoke to the other person working her who then gave an uncomfortable glare and proceeded to ignore me. I asked again and they both ignored me again. I was so hungry, and could not eat for 6 more hours. The next stop happily got me steamed rice and fried eggs because I could eat the other food that was available, and she did it happily (I tipped her) I have lived in Thailand for two years, many many Thai people have read my phone with a smile and help with my food requests.

The experience was not pleasant overall.

It is an adventure, but not in a good way. From koh lanta to Bangkok I changed into 4 different ways of transportation, first a mini van, than a microbus (terrible btw), than a tuktuk and finally the bus (old, not so comfortable). The only stop that the bus does is in a restaurant on the road, expensive and not too many options to eat. It could be better organized and comfortable, cause it is a long long trip. The drivers don't speak English and don't explain what is happening.

Between the ferry and the minivan, we waited 1 hour and 30 min. When he arrived, we got the worst seats. Last row, with luggage against the seats, so the seats were tilted forward. Two and a half hours like that... And no way to tilt them backward.

I traveled from and to Bangkok. On the way to Surat Thani the ride was fine. When I was coming back I felt a bit frustrated by the service quality.
