Isarog Line

真是麻烦，因为本该有班车从圣丽塔经圣胡安尼科大桥送我们到塔克洛班。既然知道有问题，就应该协调好这件事。

没有无线网络，没有电视，卫生间很差。水龙头坏了，而且臭气熏天。床也不舒服。不会再预订了。

这次旅行很快就准时到达了目的地……然而售票员和司机并不热情好客，也不友好。起初，当我把行李放进车厢时，我很费劲，售票员就在那里，他只是指示我，而不是伸手去提我的行李。然后在途中的巴士上。我问他们是否可以调整空调，因为当时太冷了，我设法将其关闭，但侧面（向上）仍然有鼓风机。他们只是告诉我他们不能再调节温度了……不过太冷了。这是我第一次乘坐 Isarog 线路（巴士），这是一次很好的骑行体验，但我对工作人员的服务有点不满意......

睡眠不错，很舒服，但我们到的时候是凌晨4:45，而不是7:45，空调开得太猛，车里冷死了。司机有点疯狂，车子晃来晃去……我说晃，其实更像是撞车。没有枕头和毯子。

太舒服了……我们非常喜欢它……我们只是在旅途中睡了一觉……感觉就像一个移动酒店，太舒服了……当我们醒来时，我们已经到了……

上层甲板很可怕，即使有安全带我仍然感到不安全。厕所很脏。

网上购票价格比现场购票贵得多，而且不能选择睡哪个铺位，结果被安排睡上铺。司机服务很好，巴士也很干净。

遇到很多问题：第一，与一辆货车相撞；第二，刹车/离合器故障。原本应该凌晨2-3点到达，结果上午11点才到阿拉邦！

服务非常周到。我们在库包汽车站迷路了，拨打了他们的热线电话，通话很顺畅。司机和乘务员在预定发车时间后大约10分钟仍然等着我们。

巴士没有准时到达终点站，晚发车 30 分钟

由于隐藏费用，我的收据只有 2200，而我在网上支付了 3k 多，您仍然需要与当地公交运营商确认分配给您的座位，并在旅行当天提前到达。

后面的卧铺位置不太好。很不舒服

我们的行程被延误了 10 个小时（由于山体滑坡和洪水）。我们的夜间行程变成了一日游。不过，这也可以理解，因为这是没人能控制的情况。感谢那些耐心地把我们安全送到目的地并为我们牺牲了除夕之夜的司机。

这是一次非常愉快的经历，巴士准时出发并到达了我的目的地。唯一的问题是我坐的座位无法倾斜，控制装置不再工作。

预订非常简单方便。但有点失望的是，我还是得排队大约 30 分钟才能拿到票。我也希望我们可以在网上预订时选择座位。但总的来说，我很高兴能够在网上预订。

预订确认信中指定的马尼拉或奎松/库包的 Genesis 巴士总站不是正确的出发地点。带着行李又步行20分钟到达Isarog巴士总站。然后一切都在那里完美运行。旅程很安静，巴士准时到达黎牙实比。晚上11点，有吃饭和上厕所的休息时间，我们就开车度过了余下的夜晚。空调温度较低，您应该带一条毯子，甚至可以带一件毛衣或夹克。睡眠座椅是人造革的，很容易出汗，而且对于欧洲人来说太短了，而且中间是裂开的，不是直面，睡起来很不舒服。总而言之，我会再做一次。

办理登机手续很顺利，发车也很准时，但由于交通堵塞，到达时间略有延误。巴士上的空调太冷了，即使穿着外套盖着毯子也冷得要命。座椅太短，而且中间还有缝隙，很难舒服地躺下。

Smooth and comfortable but wish there was more leg room when reclined.

Only criticism was ticket irredeemable.if not used I was a standby passenger on Cathay Pacific flight and at risk io missi g the bus if my flight was full and I could not make the connection. Need more flexibility

Mahina yung aircon. Lapot levels. hindi maayos yung booking dahil may nakaupo sa monoblock sa gitna. ilang beses nagstop pra magpick up ng pasahero. Could've been better same sa DLTB na maganda ang experience.

Good ride and good amenities with a very efficient driver

Overall, the trip was good but could have been improved in some areas, e.g. earlier assistance on the counter, earlier or on time departure, fewer stops to get passengers, and better dining stops (more food options).

The bus was clean & the seat was comfortable. The trip was safe, steady, and smooth all throughout.

Was not able to use the lazy boy feature which is why i paid for more instead of an ordinary seat as the overhead compartment at my seat can't accommodate my baggage a sit was obstructed but overall the vehicle and travel was good.

Delay and confusing. Late announcement.

Not on time.....so much time wasted on waiting area.

This was a very poor experience. The bus broke down and my son Elio was forced to wait 8 hours for a replacement bus. I cannot recommend this bus company and strongly hope they improve their reliability and passenger care.

The bus was a hour late. And even after getting to the terminal it waited a long time before leaving. It then went to 2 more terminals to get passengers, WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED AS OPTIONS. Driving was kinda bad too; too many sudden breaks and turns.

Safe and very good drivers. When it comes.to stop over, hopefully you guys give the driver atleast 3hrs interval so that they can rest and stretch there legs, and also so.that the passengers is not getting dehydrated as the stop over are only got 2 stops to get bevearage and food.

I was a little bit worried at first as this was the first time booking a bus journey online but in the end there were no problems, it all went smoothly.

We were not informed that we would be transferred to a different bus. We specifically purchased a single-seater, but we were told to take the vacant two-seater in a different bus. We were never informed of the changes before our trip and we insisted on being seated in a single-seater, we were told that there was no available seat.

First time to ride the bus going to Naga and it was a good experience. Will definitely do it again.

The bus has damage when we're in bicol so we were transferred to another bus and waited like 1hr . In the given ticket in pdf, it says there that the baggage limit is 15kg but in the counter they said it was 20kg so I'm kinda thankful that I don't need to pay but it looks like I paid more than other passengers. The ride is not really worth the price. The ac is too cold. The operators are easy to talk too.

Booking was fast, confirmation was efficient. Bus (from Albay) came before the time schedule. Office guard was kind enough to allow us to leave our small bags while we went to grab a bite, go to the toilet (you might want to consider having this service available) Seats were small but given the way your driver drove, it was a snug fit. Because we got in from Naga and your bus came from Albay, there was no room in the overhead compartment for me/ my seat. (Not all passengers think of other passengers so having your staff keep a lookout would be helpful.) While the time schedule indicated these were just estimates, from a claim of the "fastest travel time" of 7 plus hours to 9 plus hours (got off at Alabang) is a misrepresentation. Assumed that because of the "fast travel time" there would be no or limited stopovers, we had two. One just outside of Naga (30-45 minutes into the trip) for 30 minutes then another near Lucena for a toilet stopover (quick). Driver did not care for the passengers as he drove jerkily and erratic: Sudden acceleration and braking – pressing on the gas or brake abruptly, instead of smoothly. Sharp or frequent swerving – quick lane changes and a lot of unnecessary zigzagging. Inconsistent speed – speeding up and slowing down without rhythm, made me nauseous. Poor cornering – taking turns too fast or too tightly, causing the body to lurch. Stop-and-go motion –shows the driver is impatient and constantly jolts the vehicle forward.

I thought it was bicol isarog bus but suddenly we are not aware it was Peñafrancia! Never

The line for it is not that organized due to there's a construction beside it. We understand the situation, but there's still that issue, so I down my stars to 4.

My seat cannot be reclined

Sleepless because the CR stinks and the aircon is freezing.

Booked tickets online can't be refunded

The temp was fluctuating. The driving was steady. The most concerning the the length of the ride, 12 hours.
