绝对物有所值。公司会通过 whatsapp 向您发送确认信息并确认您已到达特定接送地点。但是，在休息区停车时，不要离巴士停靠的地方太远。司机不会说英语，也没有通知我们巴士要走了。我的朋友昨天差点错过巴士哈哈????

这是可以接受的，但是司机不会说英语，也没有给我们分配座位，所以我不知道我应该坐在哪里，而且有些字母脱落了，所以很难分辨哪个座位是什么数字。

我喜欢巴士，它超级可爱，我们准时到达河内！

06:30-12:30 sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa. Times not great but slept well on bus. Couple of stops along the way for toilet/food. Well organised in comparison to other sleeper busses.

Big cabins. Hello kitti bus. Not sure if we can rent one cabin for two people, we had to pay two. They provide water and two stops for toilet and buying food.

After reading through hundreds of online reviews for different companies, I decided to book with Inter bus line. So let me save you the time, look no further! Bus was amazing, comfy and departed on time. There was a slight delay in arrival, but nothing significant. Would definitely recommend!

The bus was good. The meeting point was good explained. English was not a problem. The sir responsable, made his job were well ( although don't speak English) The bus made 3 stops. To eating and to toilet. Always on stops they offered you flip flops, so don't need to go down with your shoes. The beds on the back/ down was not comfortableif it's possible don't select seats "D".it's very cramped and feels like you're in a coffin because the top bunk is very close to your face. The beds "A" or "B" is a couple bed. The beds "C" is a single bed

Great bus, save driving, free water bottle, comfortable and clean. There was a blanket, but bring a pillow haha. Also the bus driver stopped for 40min to clean his bus… maybe that could be done at another time :/ Then he yelled at us for being too slow to leave the bus? also I was too long for the seats (167cm) haha but I think that is just conditions here. I would definitely pick them again though

Exactly as pictured, smooth comfy ride on a night bus that left on time and arrived ahead of schedule. Would use again!

We booked 2 VIP ticket (so you don’t have to share a cabin) the evening before a 6:30 am bus trip: Hanoi - Sa Pa. Wasn’t sure if it would work out as confirmation can take a couple of days. That same evening it got confirmed though. The VIP tickets turned out to be a bit excessive as it’s ok to fit two people that know each other + small backpacks in one cabin. At the meeting point in Hanoi, the bus wasn’t there when we arrived but there was a guy that had tickets with our name and seat number. The 6h bus ride went smooth. Food wasn’t allowed on board because there’s two stops along the way and they want you to buy food there. We had our food a bit more hidden and then just ate some at the stops. A visit to the bathroom at the stops costs 3k. Don’t forget to take some toilet paper from the lady.

Did Hanoi to sapa in the afternoon so no overnight. Bus was on time. Couple of stops. Bus is not like the photos you get the little cabins with the curtains Wich cab be a bit claustrophobic if too Crowed. I had the cabin to myself so it was fine and it's tall enough so you can sit (if you're not tall)

Bus driver was on time! We stopped 2 times for a toiletbreak and we arrived earlier than expected! The bus however was not very clean, there was a used chewinggum on the wall next to my ‘bed’ and there were nails on my bed…. Overall it was a good experience but cleanliness could’ve been better.

It was a very comfortable journey. Managed to sleep most of the way so not sure how many stops we made, but the bus arrived on time. They communication to you via WhatsApp and it’s very useful and they’re quick to respond.

unfriendly staff , if you don't get both sits for you it's very very tight.

The bus was on time and very clean. It was a 6,5 hour trip from Hanoi to Sapa. The bus stopped 3 times, so every 1,5 hours. First was a quick toilet stop, the second stop was longer and with the possibility to buy breakfast and other stuff. The last stop was a toilet stop (at a shop) again. It was a bit hot despite the airconditioning but for thoose few hours it is fine. Lots of locals and few tourists. I would definitly recommed this bus trip from Hanoi to Sapa.

The bus was on time, there was a person at the pickup point managing the tickets which was very helpful. The level of comfort was really high inside the bus. We were surprised that it was this comfortable. There was as well a free bottle of water and a charging point. Highly recommended.
