司机把我们送到了目的地，但开车有点鲁莽。班车干净舒适，可以接送客人。值得一提的是，途中会停两次让乘客上厕所，这点不错。另外需要注意的是，他们之前说好下午2:30接我们，但司机1:45就到了，而且在我们酒店等餐的时候催促我们，好像是我们没准时到的错一样。

我们很早就通过电子邮件得知将会有 15 分钟的延误。在公共汽车上，公共汽车司机决定了我们应该坐在哪里，并告诉我们三个人坐在最后一排，尽管还有一个空座位。当我们询问为什么我们不能分开以便有更多空间时，我们被告知我们没有预订这个座位（但我们无法在预订时选择它），并且巴士公司会使用公交车上的相机。

找接送点太难了，坐标好像和地址（越南语）不符。延误了将近一个小时。行程本身还好。由于速度很快，我们最终提前了一个小时到达。

一切都很顺利，堪称完美。工作人员友善，组织有序，舒适，行程准时。直到抵达河内才出现问题。之前我被误导了，而且最后一班司机极其不友好，行为粗鲁。我不想再乘坐这家公司的车了。

巴士准时到达，但车上没有清理前几名乘客留下的垃圾。司机不会说英语，把我们送到了沙巴市中心，离车站很远。没有 WiFi

不会说英语的司机。无线网络不工作。用于加载电话的 USB 端口不起作用。没有时间在酒店吃早餐。我们早上 6:30 去吃早餐，但司机已经到了酒店，想直接前往。预约时间是早上7点

一切都很顺利，旅途也很愉快。唯一的问题是，我们原本应该在早上7点15分被接，结果却接到电话说他6点20分就到了！

私人接送车，座椅舒适，直接送到车站。

没有零食。而且 wifi 也坏了。而且不是每个人都有水。司机的驾驶技术很差。你不会在盲角超车。

旅途大部分时间都很顺利，司机不太会说英语，但非常有礼貌。我们入住的民宿不在老城区，所以我们在预订时提供的地点与司机见面，没有任何问题。途中我们停了两次，在休息站的摊位上品尝了美味的天然果汁。我们没有给五星好评的唯一原因是从老街到沙巴的驾驶体验非常激进，这是一条看起来很危险的山路。司机会在完全没有能见度的情况下进行一些危险的超车，有时甚至会完全转向到路的另一边。

出色的。准时出发，良好且安全的驾驶，良好的服务和客户服务的良好沟通。它不是 5 星级的唯一原因是，很多通讯都提到预计到达时间为晚上 8 点（如果下午 3 点离开萨帕前往河内），但与 greenlion 的直接电子邮件通讯却说晚上 8:30。然后我们晚上8点50分左右到达。

The staff is supportive and everything is well organized. On short notice we asked for picking us up from the hotel in Hanoi and bringing us to the hotel in Sapa. The bus driver did his job very well and we had 3 stops in total. I would book here again.

The driver came 30 minutes late. Seat at the door to the back 2 rows is broken, so you have to squeeze hard to get in and out. Trash was left from previous passengers - did not get a cleaning service. Driver was very impolite, he drove past my hotel -didn’t bother to turn around, just simply asked us a couple of senior citizens to get off since it’s only 100 meters of uphill walking with our suitcases!

Nothing happened according to the contract and what's been told prior to the trip. We book the ENTIRE van. When we got in, the driver announced that 2 people were joining us. So 2 of us had to spend the 6.5 hours (not 5) next to the driver with no space to our legs. Not at all the vip experience we booked. They booked these people the night before to get extra money, however they indeed paid for 4 seats to have room for their luggage. The organizer said that the driver will make it up by getting us coffee (never happened), when we already actually shared coffee and treats with him from the beginning. Not refund was ever made to the 2 extra people of for us. And a coffee worth 20cts would have not compensate the 2 VIP seats and a PRIVATE van we booked 1 month earlier. When booking with them... Ask the right questions as their standards and contracts definitely don't work as they're supposed to. So make sure you ask before, and my advise would be to just book through WhatsApp and pay on the spot to avoid not getting the money back. Very disappointed. The organizer just stopped answering when I asked for a partial refund of the 2 seats.

The minivan was comfortable and clean and the pick up worked perfectly. Good driver and god english. We would definitively go again!

Really confortable seat with usb port to keep your phone/tablet charged. Also, they picked me up from almost 10km from the starting point, which is really a plus.

The vehicles are the best in town, super comfy, relaxing, clean and well maintained. My drivers did a great job when it comes to driving style and safety precaution, and the last driver was so helpful in returning to my hotel to pick up my phone that I forgot. However, it is a pity that I cannot give you 5 stars rating as much as I enjoyed the two trips with you guys, simple because drivers were delayed for more than one hour for the first ride, and 30 minutes for the second, not to mention that they cannot peak English at all, something you really have to improve to be the best of the best. Overall, very happy with your service, and will book again anytime I would be back in Hanoi, thank you! Ivan

Great trip. Driver picked us up at our hotel and dropped us off very close to where we needed to go. Comfortable and luxurious trip.

A little bit wild driver who talked on the phone a lot, bit the van was really comfortable and the service great. Recommend.

The Information told us to check in on location 30 min before depart, we can’t find any check in. Bus trip was good!

Despite our pick-up being a bit late (approximately 30 minutes), our trip from Ha Long to Hanoi went smoothly. The seats on the bus were comfortable, the airconditioning worked well and we were given complementary bottles of water. Overall, we had a comfortable, good value journey.

We were able to change he pick up from the default pick up point to our hotel the night before pick up which made it much easier and cheaper for us. Pick up was on time and the seats were very comfortable in the minibus

Overall our trip was quite good. The driver was very polite and helpfull, although he did not speak a lot of english. We were picked up on time, but finding the actual pick-up point was a bit difficult (taxi dropped us of in the wrong place and google maps was not very accurate). The seats were comfortable, and the massage feature was a nice bonus.

great driver: didn't honk 1 time the whole trip from sapa to hanoi!! picked us up at hotel exactly on time, very save driver, made good time & put us right in front of the hotel in hanoi! The only question I have is why my fellow passengers paid half of what we were charged? Not sure if making booking from Canada makes all the services more expensive. But overall I will highly recommend that service!

We thought we would get a seat with large chair as shown in picture. But once the van arrived, all seats are occupied so we need to sit at the back seats which we cannot adjust the seat. Its seem like the van went to pick up somewhere else before came to the pick-up point. But in the paper, it shows that no pick-up under any circumstance. So it really makes us confuse and not convenience.

The driver came to our hotel near Tuan Chau port to pick us up and drive quite smoothly on the way back to Hanoi.

Very comfort and spacious bus. The drivers are sometimes reckles, but maybe thats normal for asia. And they where both times a half hour late, but i think thats aswell asian standard

The pickup spot was completely unclear. I’d to call 3 times (very poor English speaking person on the phone) also because the “limousine” was > 30 minutes late! In the taxi 3 people of a Vietnamese family threw up multiple times. Taxi driver was helpfull and friendly. Further more it as a very bad experience.

Departure time from hotel was 15:00, luckily we arrived early (14:35) as the driver was already waiting for us. No Hello nothing , bag into the van and go in 1 minute ! Already an car realized the driver spoke very little to no English whatsoever. Driving felt, at times, unsafe but I guess that's the way they drive in Vietnam.
