Girl in office at Ho Chi Minh ferry port office needs to learn some manners very rude and abrupt. If you do not speak English why not try to be helpful. Sitting at her work station with no shoes on, trying to look at her phone discreetly and two children I guess hers creating havock in the office...... Are we at work or home??? Best of luck!!........

Das mit en Ticket hat sehr gut geklappt. Einzig das Boot war auf halben Weg defekt und wir mussten auf ein anderes Boot umsteigen. Es gab nur Informationen auf Vietnamesisch, nichts in Englisch.

My criticism is of 12goasia and not the Hydrofoil boat! You attached the wrong ticket to your email to me and didn’t match what I paid for. I had to run back to the ticket office and pay another 50,000 Dong.

A bigger ferry than my first trip and wasn't as bumpy as a ride this time. Overall, all went well from boarding at Vung Tua and disembarking at Ho CHI MIN CITY.
Only problem was the massive rain storm that came as we arrived. The port currently has no direct covered access to a pick up point or road. We spent a lot of wasted time at the Port waiting for the rain to stop.

Experience was pretty much what I expected. Customer service was good, left on time and arrived only a little bit late. Ocean section was a bit rough. Arrival Port was a bit old and run-down.

A brilliant way to travel from HCMC to Vūng Tàu. No need to worry about the traffic..Journey took 2 hours and you're given a bottle of water, a small packet of rice crackers and sweet wipe. Highly recommend this mode of transport 👍.

This was a great way to travel from HCMC to Vung Tau. The ferry is very clean and the service was wonderful. The ferry was on time and arrived on time. I would definitely suggest this as a way to get around in Vietnam.

Advertised as 90 min trip but it took 2 hrs and 30 mins. Even the crew says it's over 2 hrs. Also original departure time cancelled due to tides - more likely low numbers ?

I am usually meticulous and neurotic about getting to my transpo hours in advance. I mid-read this trip and thought it was for 2pm but it was instead for noon. Luckily for me it was 1 1/2 hours late and since I was there an hour early I made it. So, thanks for being late.

I hope they'll have air condition inside coz it's too hot. The ride was so rollercoaster-y in the beginning coz the waves are so huge (not their fault) but got calm after like 15 mins. The staff were too helpful with our heavy bags. I'm just so glad I didn't get seasick.

The trip over was fine but the trip back -not so much. The seas were rough, we left over a half hour late, there were people seasick so it stank. Other passengers had their feet up on seats and there were kids screaming and running around. The trip took double the advertised price due to the weather
The cabin crew were trying their best, but don’t take the last boat of the day unless you want to be sharing space with tipsy day trippers who can’t keep it down in rough seas.
