船准时到达，旅途愉快，空调非常舒适，总而言之，选择这家供应商非常明智，没有什么可抱怨的。

Goldeb 女王二世未经任何询问或建议就更改了路线。我们原本要去塞拉甘湾，结果却到了巴东湾。

很遗憾，这次体验并不好。我们出发晚了一个多小时（考虑到海况，这也在意料之中），但我尤其不喜欢那艘船，它很旧，在波涛汹涌的海面上感觉不太安全。

还不错！感觉很多快艇公司的服务标准都挺低的。不过我觉得金皇后号还不错。海面很平静，这很有帮助。船准时到达，也挺舒适的。空调开着，虽然制冷效果一般，但主要作用是防止船舱太热。乘客可以坐在上层，这样可以分散人流，避免船舱过于拥挤。有些人对额外的10,000印尼盾港口费感到不满（我觉得这点钱根本不值一提）。不过，缴费流程有点让人摸不着头脑。在金皇后号的登记处，一个工作人员让我们跟着他到码头，然后转过身来问：“你们有港口费的收据吗？”大家都一脸懵，不知道这是什么，我明明是跟着他来的。然后他指了指方向，让我们去缴费。这让每个人都感觉自己很傻很困惑。所以，这部分流程上的小失误其实很容易解决。这艘船唯一的缺点就是船舱里汽油味有点重，不过船开动起来之后就好多了。还有，空调温度或许可以调低一点。

船不是从圣吉吉出发，而是从邦萨尔出发，所以需要找个友好的司机开车送我们过去。乘船游览体验糟糕透了。船上播放着震耳欲聋、音质极差的音乐，吵得所有乘客耳朵都疼。我们要求船员把音量调小一点，他们却傲慢地回答说这不是睡觉的船，然后继续抽烟。我建议你选择Gili Getaway的船。他们服务友好，环境安静，座位舒适，而且会在上船前提供冰水和毛巾。相比之下，Golden Queen对喝醉的年轻游客的服务就差强人意了。

本来是从圣吉吉码头出发，但 Golden Queen Boat 的工作人员发了一个 Whatsapp 通知我们，出发地点已更改为 Bangsal 港口，而是从我们的酒店提供免费接送服务。到达巴东拜港后，我们和两个德国人一起乘坐面包车前往各自的下车地点（酒店）。我们的票上明确写着我们可以免费乘车去酒店，但如果我们想在酒店下车，司机却坚持要向我们收取100,000卢比。我们拒绝了，他最终把我们送到了乌布市中心。

Different people book different hours but the driver said us to meet in between so it was easier for him

We bought a ticket through 12go on the Golden Queen Fast Ferry from Gili Trawangan to Bangsal Pier. When we got to the Golden Queen ticket booth to check in we were told by the Golden Queen employees that there is a North Lombok Regency Government mandating local transfer rule saying that tourists can't depart from Gili Trawangan to Bangsal Harbor on fast boats but must instead take the public ferry. They said 12go shouldn't be selling these tickets from Gili Trawangan to Bangsal on their ferry (or any other non-public ferry). We were not allowed to board and had to take the public ferry instead. The Golden Queen employees also told us that 12go had charged us the much higher price of a ticket from Padang Bai to Bangsal, rather than the cost of a much shorter Bangsal to Gili T trip. A big waste of everyone's time, and we still don't know if 12go will be refunding our money (they say there policy is no refunds, but they are looking into it). If you see any tickets being sold by 12go for ferries from Gili T to Bangsal--DON'T BUY THEM! You'll have to take the public ferry anyway, so just start there.

The boat was rocking quite a lot, and we had to turn back because one of the passengers went missing. The crew was understandably very concerned and did everything they could to reassure and calm the passengers.

On the website, I had chosen the Bangsal-Serangan ferry route. Instead, I discovered that the route goes to Padang Bay and then via shuttle to Kuta. Given the traffic, instead of the 3.5 hours indicated on the website, it took us 7 hours between the ferry and the minibus. Poor information and poor service. Furthermore, the ferry left more than an hour late and no one warned us of anything.

I bought a ticket for a company for a trip duration of about 1.40h but they changed the company and the duration was about 3h. The boat was quite bad, with a lot a noise anche they also didn’t drop off my bag in the right place.

Overall we got to where we needed to get to and only shortly after our expected arrival. However, we woke up at 7am in Ubud, to a text from the ferry company telling us we needed to check in at 11am rather than the 12.30am we had been told was the check in time when we booked the ticket. Apparently the weather meant the boat had to leave early. So we woke the children up early, panic packed, changed our taxi booking and left m early to ensure we arrived to check in for our ferry at 11am. We were then checked in and told the boat would actually be leaving at 11.30am so please rush to the pier to be ready. We did so and then were left sitting there with hundreds of other passengers waiting. In the end we sat there for more than 90minutes until eventually our ferry was boarded. We eventually left the harbour at 13.15, just a few minutes before our scheduled departure time. All that stress for nothing.

It was said that the tripp should take 3,5 h. But it took 7 h.

Golden queen is fantastic. On time service with great comfort. I would go for it again

Great trip. Crew members ok. Fast boat ok. The company mailed us 2 days before departure to inform us that we should take another earlier boat, but we adapted... Ok. Gili Air is a wonderful island!

Check-in process good. Arrival and Departure times good. Ferry boat had issues with water tightness, the sea was rough and the front windows in the passenger seating area leaked water.

The boat was clean, ac worked and everything was on time. Good experience:)

The service from check-in to arrival in Gili Air was very professional. The staff appears professional and it is easy to recognize them with the company t-shirts. The stuff was friendly, the boat departed on-time and arrived on-time! As a note, the weather was good.

The boat trip was OK, but the onboarding experience and the wait at the pier in Pandang Bai were one of the worst travelling experiences ever. The pier has no waiting room, is completely overcrowded, People arriving and leaving squeezing in the very narrow pathway that leads to where the boats dock, few indications to none, we left with one hour delay simply because there was no space in the pear for the boat to dock. Other than that the trip was fine and we arrived in Lombok 30 min delayed,in spite of having left one hour later. We would suggest that operators get together and find ways to make this process more organized, we have to pay 5 K to enter the port area + we paid 10 K per person as village contribution to Pandang Bai, I hope this funds are being used to improve the local community situation and the chaotic pier organisation.

Fast and smooth

Very good! At first it seems a bit busy on the boat, but on the top it was very nice in the sun and the air. You can not buy drinks on the boat only beer… but we arrived within 2 hours so it was fine. Boat also arrived on schedule so very nice.

Changed pier! my 15 min travel time changed to 2 hours and had to be up for 5:30am

We sat on deck and fell asleep! The ride was super comfortable and the check in was easy. However, the staff was a little bit rude to all customers. After our bad experience with Maruti group I definitely recommend Golden Queen!!!

Although the AC was on, the temperature inside was a little high. Other than that no complaints here!

There was a strong smell of gasoline in the boat. But Aircon was working. Everything worked but we had better experience in Indonesia than with golden queen.

I already took boats with several companies in Bali and the boat from Golden Queen was the best and the crew is amazing.

The boat left more than 1 hour late and no one could tell us when we would board. Logically we arrived at our destination 1 hour later. I'm not giving it just one star because they let us go on top of the boat and they entertained the trip with music and selling beers all the way.

We were really scared of the harbour because of all the scammer at Padang Bai, because we had a really really bad and rude experience last year arriving there. But the trip going from Padang Bai was well organised. The Golden Queen had A/C and it was in time. It smelled a little to much like petrol. But all in all a hood trip to Gili T.

Comfortable seats, air conditioning and access to the roof for seating and drinks.

Official time of departure was half hour after the one we booked at 12go Asia. Left actually more than one hour too late. We were not in their list during check in so took them 15 minutes to add us. Boat stoped in the middle of the ocean and the engines were of for five minutes. Arrived at 6 pm instead of 3.30 pm. But the boat was spacious and good AC.

The staff were helpful from start to finish. The boat left on time from Bangsal pier to Padang Bai and the journey was smooth. We were able to sit on the sun in the roof and the staff were selling beers and drinks too. There was a few waves and bumpy patches for around 5 mins but apart from that the boat was so smooth.

Overall this was good value for the money. The people from Golden Queen did a good job telling you were to go and told us where to pay the harbor fee that was not included in the ticket. Everything was on time, even arrived 15 minutes earlier to Bangsal Pier. No air condition in the boat, so it was a bit warm. The boat was full, but the seats were quite big so no problem.

It was a great ride! The staff was friendly and helpful, the captain took it very chill. And there was enough space on the boat. The staff made sure everyone was happy and had a good time. Would recommend!

There were not enough seats inside for all passengers, there were some “seats” outside, under the sun. Thankfully there was no rain that day.

Poor service, treated us more like cattles. No correct prices from Gili Air to Gili Meno.
