大巴旅行的缺點

Sarah R巴士：新加坡到吉隆坡。起初我们有些怀疑，因为预订时既没有巴士图片也没有评价，但结果却出乎意料的好！我们在Delima旅行社（位置比较隐蔽，在一家理发店后面的小走廊里）顺利办理了登车手续，工作人员立即检查了我们现有的马来西亚入境卡。巴士准时于上午10:00出发。巴士很舒适，配备空调、USB充电接口和可调节座椅。上午10:30至10:40之间有一个接客点。我们于上午11:15至11:30之间顺利通过新加坡边境，随后于上午11:35至11:45之间顺利通过马来西亚边境。巴士司机友好热情。下午1:40至2:00，巴士在一个休息站停留，那里只接受现金支付！原本预计5小时的车程由于交通拥堵而耗时7小时，但这也在意料之中；沟通或宣传方式可以更贴近实际。不过总的来说，我们非常满意！

Inguna SHmm.... information in website is not right. Why? BC bus was two hours late in Kuala Lumpur. Ride was ok, no trafics, speed was ok. I think, it is not possible did ride in 5 hours. Ride take 7 hours. Bus was comfortable. We had one stop 30 minutes - if You want You can eat....but, if You have cash. There are food court - only cash. Operator in Singapore was very nice and helpful.

Tamara JBus was on time and driver was nice. Bus was a bit old and hat no charging or toilet. We were also Not allowed to eat on the Bus and only drink water what was a bit tricky with the kids.

John HA very comfortable bus but one minor issue was that the final destination was not as advertised. This wasn’t a big deal as we were let off at a Metro station but still, I expected better from a VIP style bus that charges a premium price.
