Cool air conditional but small space seat by seat

Slow and rude driver. The driver doesn't know a single English word. He doesn't know body language either. He is incommunicatible and it was very slow. His driving skills are terrible and we were almost got killed.

Bus left and arrived on time. Spectacular scenery and a painless border crossing. Communication was a bit dicey, and the bus was actually cold inside (too much of a good thing).

A good ride. The driver collected our identity documents and got us processed into Bosnia-Herzegovina with very little trouble for us. Attention seeking babushkas that like to suck attention out of every male on the bus. Of course, this is not the drivers or the bus company's fault.

Although it had snowed and I was a little bit scared, the bus driver did an excellent job. The way he drived. He made a stop of 30 minutes in Cetinje, which was not planned. We came 30 minutes later than we were supposed to and I needed to go to the airport. I still had enough time, but I had to call my taxi driver to reschedule, because I left a gap of 15 minutes, not 30.

The vehicle can hardly be called a bus. It was rather a mini van. Small and packed. Hardly anything. Literally everything.

Got to the ticket office to find that this service doesn’t start until 1st October. Journey was ok. Had to purchase another ticket as this service doesn’t run until 1st October. Luckily another bus was 15 minutes later.

Not the safest. Very punctual and online booking was easy. Driver was not very friendly and took no real effort to find a way in communication between him (no English) and me (no Montenegrin). What really bothered me as I sat just behind the back of the driver is the fact that he texted and sorted his things (money and bills) while driving. This should be a total no-go.

There is the expectation to print tickets which cost €2 pp this is not good! We were on time. The charges for printing tickets.

The driver was experienced and the bus was on time. The AC did not work very well and my seat did not have a seatbelt.

The driver was on the phone the whole time and texting which felt very unsafe. We arrived on time. The driver wasn’t good. The trip was through small mountain roads and there were times he was just reading his phone and not even looking at the road. He also picked up extra people even though the bus was full. It felt very unsafe.

The driver was very polite, helpful and careful. I enjoyed the ride and felt safe.

Viaje de Podgorica a Sarajevo. No nos gustó que en Montenegro (Podgorica) había que pagar para ir al baño y para entrar en la estación aún teniendo pagados los billetes además de pagar por las maletas a parte del billete que habíamos comprado online, además el autobús era bastante viejo y no tenía enchufes para un viaje de 6,30h, las paradas eran muy cortas para tanto tiempo de viaje y el camino es bastante turbulento y con el autobús en esas condiciones pues peor.

This is a minibus. The bus was on time. The bus was not a normal size touring car but a 24 person bus with limited leg space. The driver called on his phone while driving, not handsfree, several times.

Horrible.

Bus station attendants are a bit rude, helpful but very abrupt both at Kotor and Budva. Extra costs at station, this is bit pre advised. It’s not a lot of money but if you were a back packer this would mount up and the service you get at stations are not the best. Shouting at the passengers, abrupt and rude.

Everything perfect except for the bus station. Everything except for the station. The bus station East Sarajevo is the worst experience I have had. Full of drunk men. At café Putnik they charged 3€ for a Capuccino and tried to intoxicate me. I am glad that I only took 2 sips. I recommend Getbybus to try to change the station.

The driver was rude.

WIFI FREE in the PODGORICA Station bus . Driver men drives well, but treats people badly, he is angry. You pay 1 euro for the suitcase, you pay 1 euro to enter the platform. Clean bus, common seat. You pay for the use of the bathroom in the bus estation. Bus with air conditioning. Free WIFI at Podgorica Bus Terminal.

There was no bus to Sarajevo at Podgorica bus-station at September 8th, 13:35 h. I was at 13:20h at the platform. Podgorica bus-station has about 12 gates. I checked them all. The official people at the platform said that the bus shall leave from gate 6. There were four or five buses to other destinations, but none on 6 and none to Sarajevo. After 13:35h the platform-officials said that the bus seems to be late. At the desk inside the building the lady said, that the bus has already gone. I waited for another two hours and then bought another ticket for the next bus leaving at 23:40h.

driver was not nice and not help at all. ride for the price is good. We were carrying a little bag and the driver told us that qe could not bring that inside and we were charged 4 euros more on the spot. Not nice at all.

fine ride, a bit expansive. The trip was pleasant in general with nice mountain views on the way. 22 euro was a bit expansive considering the distance and general price in the Balkans.

Sarajevo East is barely Sarajevo. Some of the scenery on this route is world class. Being dropped off a 15 minute taxi ride from Sarajevo to a bus stop with no ATM, no public transport links NLD into the city and scalping taxi drivers asking for €20. I found a local who flagged down a cab and negotiated 15 Bosnian marks (local price) for me.

Bad driver and old bus. I wasn’t my best trip from Kotor to Budva, but at least the value for money was okay.

Excellent driver. Driver very competent and safe. No rest breaks for five hour journey (apart from passport control, where there are no shops or facilities). Small bus was quite cramped.

Terrible experience. The driver was driving safely through the mountains on the winding roads. There was a terrible experience with boarding the bus. We had our tickets purchased on the website. Thus, we printed our tickets out. While boarding we were advised that we have to exchange our print-outs for "real" tickets in the ticketing booth at the bus station. They charged additional 2 Euros for each ticket. Besides that, we had to pay extra 2 Euros for each suitcase we put in the baggage compartment. The driver did not give us any receipts for those charges. There was no information as to when the bus will arrive, which bus is the right one for going to Podgorica, etc. The dispatcher at the Kotor bus station was not polite, yelling at the passengers. He was not answering to the questions about the bus schedule. When the bus arrived to the Kotor's bus station, we noticed that the driver was looking tired, despite the fact that he had to drive the bus through the difficult roads back to Podgorica. On top of that he smoked a cigarette inside of the passengers' cabin.

For such a long way it would be good to have free internet.

Driver not helpful. The day I was 2 Min late . I saw the Diver I was other side of the road. Diver don't stop the bus . I have pay 55 euro extra to taxi driver to catch the same bus in broder. As a tourist I expected bus driver will stop as he saw me. Next bus will next morning 11 am.not after a hour. So it was my experience. Bus driver.
