Great experience. The bud was equipped with air con, charging ports, wifi and they even provided a coffee and snack first thing in the morning. The guide was great help and was so helpful with getting a visa at the border. No stress, very straightforward and will be using again.

Spent three months in SE Asia and this is the best bus journey we’ve been on so far. Very comfy, sensible driving, journey was explained when we got on the bus including when we’d be stopping and for how long. Same goes for at the border, they charge a little more for processing the visas altogether for you, but it was such a smooth process we were happy to pay $5ish extra. Just be aware that it will not be 6hrs altogether as I think it says on website, this does not account for the stops and border crossing.

Great ride. Huge bus and only 8 of us on it. Had plenty of leg space, was very surprised when we received a snack and a can of latte. The seats were comfy and reclined well. Drive wasn’t too bumpy and we had good breaks. Great for the price and they were so so helpful with visas took no time at all at the border!

Organised, professional and helpful service. Glad I got the VIP experience as it made things easier going through the border with our guide guiding us through the correct process of crossing. I’m planning on going from Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Min city in a few weeks so I’ll most likely book with Giant Ibis again. Thanks guys👍

The trip duration indicated is not correct. We departed on time, there was very little traffic all the way. We stopped 2 times in what seemed to be the usual places for snack and lunch, and the total trip duration was 6h50 instead of 5h20 advertised.

Purchased the tickets through this company as they state it has sockets to charge phones and WiFi .. So once on board we were told the sockets are not working . Then told that there was no WiFi as issue with SIM card !! We would have chosen a different company if we had of known this .

I have absolutely nothing to reproach giant ibis transport. the staff was smiling and available. of course we arrived 2 hours after the scheduled time but we can not fault Giant ibis transport this is very often the case when traveling in Asia. Many thanks to this transport company.

I'd use them again but for sure a little better communication on expectations. Like the drivers will stop at various point and the boarder crossing to Thailand can take a while. Other than that very satisfying trips for the price

Bus was comfortable with lots of leg room. Bottled water, refreshing wipe and nice pastry snack were provided. Two toilet stops including one for lunch and an English speaking bus attendant.
The only real problems were lack of WiFi on the bus and that the first bus we were on broke down. The company did, however, get a new bus to us in 30 minutes. The buses they used were much older than one I’d travelled on with the same company previously.

This Bus was the best form if night travel. Better than travelling by plane. Had a great sleep even though bumpy roads. Felt safe and drivers took regular breaks. 'Big man' our steward was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

Only bad thing: this is the second time now, where snacks were promised when buying the ticket but we didn't get any.

The total journey time was almost 1.5h longer than estimated. Air con was not sufficient on the bus. The seats could be more comfortable, but at least they reclined well. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall it was an ok ride, and we safely reached the destination which matters the most.

Bus was comfortable and clean; seats were a bit narrow. Driver was fine. We sat in back so didn't stress about who he was passing, etc. WiFi didn't work outside of town but that's ok.
Giant Ibis web site would not take either of my credit cards, but 12go.Asia would. However, Giant Ibis said they would pickup at our hotel, but 12go.Asia says you get yourself to the station. Be sure to verify which station to go before your travel day.

Very easy booking with 12goAsia. The coach left Phnom Penh on time and arrived Siem Reap a little early. Water and a bun were provided for the journey and the coach stopped for a comfort break and a lunch break. The coach was comfortable and air conditioned. Just a small point, the coach station is several kms outside Siem Reap so need a taxi/tuk tuk to get into town. But would definitely recommend booking with 12goAsia and travelling with Giant Ibis.

Bus is okay, the border crossing was seamless and the staff was decently good in english, which helped a lot.
Only problem is that the trip took 2 extra hours. instead of arriving 2PM, we arrived 4PM. Too many stops and the bus ran a bit too slowly.

Top marks again 12GO. We booked online and kept the ticket on the phone. This works for this trip but you sometimes have to print tickets so if you have chance PRINT. We also had evisas as we didn’t know where or when we would want to arrive. Print two though as some people were asked for two copies at immigration... Visa on arrival is still simple though but if you’re on a land border make sure you can use an envisa or get a visa on arrival!!
The whole 12GO experience was smooth but always read the instructions with your confirmation. It’s simple so don’t try twist it. It works.
All the staff on board are great and the bonus drinks and food kept us going after a small delay at immigration when a passenger fainted..... probably best to bring a little of your own food and water then!
Remember to keep smiling and don’t lose the plot coz it won’t work. Happy holidays. X

Very comfortable bus and lovely staff. We were delayed quite a bit as the tyre needed changing and the company also uses this bus to transport and deliver goods from place to place (on passengers time and money....) also if you are a solo female be sure to book a single bed or you might end up sharing with a stranger.

I think the service was really good and very punctual. The bus was quite comfortable but one of the AC vent was broken (3H) and there was no way to stop the air coming out of it. I would definitely use the service again if I come across.

It's highly recommended to those first timers who want to cross border. Just a bit unsatisfied on changing bus in between. Operator instructed to change another bus once passed through custom, the legroom in the bus is not enough.
Overall is still very good.
