Seamless but the online payment is expensive. Together with the processing fee, I paid 1,026 online while the original walk-in ticket is just 772 for the Business class. Then my online receipt is 774.00.

Rarely leaves on time…

I did not get any refound off the ticket. Because the ferry trip was canceld. I did not miss it.

They can't seem to fix an airconditioner, it's been leaking for months, makes me worried about the rest of the boat. And why bother with air conditioning if they allow passengers to just leave the front door open? I'm constantly having to go close it. And they NEVER leave on time. They are usually 45 min to an hour and a half late on leaving.

They rarely, if ever leave on time… and the a/c in business class has been leaking forever. It is much nicer than the Weesam though… on the Weesam you are forced to breathe diesel exhaust and cigarette smoke most of the time.

The ads on tv are loud and replayed over and over. The ticket inspector was arrogant when requested to turn down the volume. He simply said hindi ma sara yan.

Never on time. The aircon at the business class has been leaking for months now and premium economy is hot because the aircon is not functioning.

Departure was delayed by more than 4 hours. We were given no information or updates by the operator and received not a single word of apology.

Normally, traveling with Fastcat is always an excellent one but yesterday way chaos. Returning athletes and officials from ZPRAA were on board and the athletes were unruly, noisy and you can see the floor in the premium economy all wet and dirty.

The ship's arrival was so delay, which ruined my schedules and sleep.

Waiting at Pier 3 for 2hr delay without any notifications or updates. The schedule board had DELAYED for the whole waiting time and wouldn’t be too difficult to show new departure time instead. Passage was ok but Business & Premium Economy air conditioning was set too cold and not that comfortable. Food & beverage offerings were below average.

When we got on board the ferry the toilet stank out the whole seating area.

The ticket and service you provided was fast. Fastcat was fully booked but thanks to your service, I was able to squeeze in a ticket. It may be expensive (P400 orig price to your P700), but it was well worth it. Unrelated to you guys, but the Port of Dapitan and Fastcat experience was horrible. We left 2 hours beyond schedule and travel time took 6 hours instead of 4.

The delay during our trip was caused by seating arrangement issues, as some passengers—including myself—found that their assigned seats had already been taken. Several passengers raised the same concern at the time. Because of this situation, I was unable to use the seats I had booked. Though i had booked 2 accommodations: Premium Economy and Business Class. I have therefore requested a refund for the unuse seat and will await your confirmation and further updates regarding the refund process. By the way, the seat is too big for us and not comfortable

I had experienced double booking due to an error that says " sorry I can't find your booking" so I tried booking again since no email came yet after I booked. After booking the 2nd attempt, still the same happened, but in a sudden there was an email arrived that confirmed my two bookings on the same day I took the ferry. And so I immediately contacted the 12go agency which I booked for our tickets, but the 12go online booking support replied me once only promising me to assist, but then after addressing my concern, no reply nor assistance arrived to help me fix it until now. Also, I talked to the staff of the ferry during my trip to Dapitan from Dumaguete and introduced me to contact their customer service, and so I did and asked also the ticketing main office but still they couldn't help anything with my booking since I booked it with 12go. So I had no choice but to contact the online agency again and until now I'm still waiting and hoping for their response. Now, I was filled with disappointments and worries about booking online.

We pay for the business class trip but their aircon isn’t working so in the end we sit on the economy trip.
