这辆面包车外观看起来很新，但内部却很旧。它的滑动门上贴着棕色的胶带。车顶上坐着一个像售票员一样的人。由于这是一趟漫长的夜间旅程（从晚上6:30到午夜），对他来说非常危险。

Poor communication. No message to say what time we would be picked up. Our departure time was 9:30am and arrival at destination due for 14:30pm. We arrived around 16:30 Tried to squish us in the back but we moved seat. They ended up squeezing 4 locals onto three seats at the back which I knew they would do so we avoided the seats. Lots of random stops with no communication as to why we are stopping, if we can get out and get food or go to the toilet. Very fast driving

We left 15 minutes late, but ended up being 30mins early at the airport so no worries. We were in a bigger van than expected (12 people), but it was no problem, we even had enough space for both of our 50l backpacks. The AC wasn‘t too strong, which I didn‘t mind since we left early in the morning and it wasn‘t too hot anyways. Some people mentioned having motion sickness and asking about sitting in the front and the driver just didn‘t care, but I don‘t know if that‘s always the case. We had one stop in the middle, where you could use the restroom or buy some food if you wanted to.

Top. Van with lot‘s of Space, Safe and fast driving. Lunch stop was great (eg clean rest rooms)

The driver drives unsafe my fast and the whole experience was awful. The car was also an hour late to start with, so prepare good time for the trip

The bus quality was quite average. AC was barely working. Too many pickup which delayed the start by almost 30 min hence reached late. T

Not enough space when you are big No information how long a break is 1.5 hours longer then expected with no traffic

Left on time, F1 driver but got to destination 30 mins earlier than scheduled. 15 mins break on the road. Perfect!

The hotel pickup was great! There was mucking around at the start, including going back for late arriving passengers, and stopping for diesel. The diver was very fast so we had to hang on tight to stop being thrown around.

Reckless driving , a lot of commissioners of driver

We saw the eulen joy pass by us twice without stopping as we waited at the pick up point. We had to get a ride from another van after a lot of confusion and after an hour of waiting.

Driver was a racing mate but we did it on time to the destination. Busses are not very comfortable for a 5 hour drive, especially for tall persons. But all in all the price is ok and it takes you from A to B.

Left on time. Driver was a bit too fast at times. Drop off at the airport with plenty of time.

The problems started at the airport when I contacted 12Go with a question and they did not have either of my bookings to/from El Nido. I gave the booking number they provided and they had no record of my booking. Fortunately Eulen Joy did have my booking - so I'm not sure what was the problem with 12Go. Up to this point, no problems with Eulen Joy. The van left the airport on time, and stopped at the office. So far it's ok. Then the driver stopped at McDonald's for one customer to eat, adding about 20 minutes of wait time. Then the driver stopped by a school to meet with someone briefly and give them something. Felt like a personal errand. It was a full hour after we left the airport that we finally got on the road to El Nido. I didn't mind the frequent stops on the side of the road for the driver to pee, but the extra hour of sitting in the van just within Princesa felt unnecessary.

The driver went so fast that it really didn't feel safe. There were a few occasions where the breaks were slammed on to avoid collisions. We've been on some other cheap minibus rides in SE Asia but this was the scariest/worst driving we've experienced.
