ADRIAN BArrived 20 minutes early. No mini van arrived until 40 minutes after the scheduled departure time.
I tried to call the number provided but nobody answered. About 10 minutes later the alleged person in charge of the service arived.
Was then informed that the van I booked at 4:00am did not exist.
Eventually left on another van an hour and a half after the scheduled time.
The journey in the van was okay apart from the air conditioning being way too cold, just poor organisation getting started.

Florian MWaiting 30min on the last 2 passengers befor departure. In the 3 breaks always needs to wait for passengers to come back into the vehicle. Driver should make more clear announcements when leaving again. The overall delay forced the driver to drive really risky to make it in time.
