Arun MThe onboarding was smoother than other fast oats, and they starting loading large luggage items around half an hour before the boat set off meaning we could depart on time.
The boat itself felt slightly more cramped then other operators but overall the journey was smooth and the service was great.

Juan SFrom the check-in with the voucher to the boarding and trip everything was great. Now the boat docks in a jetty and you don’t have to go in the water to board. You can wait in the shadow in the head office and they will escort you to the harbour. The boat is pretty new.
