Good bus and organisation.

Excellent trip in the hotel bus of the company ebooking express. The bus was perfectly clean and the staff very competent. We had a good night sleep and plugs to charge our phones. The toilets were large and super clean. The waiting room is also comfortable and has wifi. The staff is very helpful.

Very squished bus, small and cramped. Late. Also incredibly bumpy journey, v uncomfortable. Don’t bank on resting

The trip was good and the seats very comfortable. One of the 3 breaks was a bit long though, so we arrived approximately 30 minutes late but the ride was good overall.

We had our van breakdown. It was no one's fault. Our driver was so kind and patient. Our second van did everything he could to get us to the border. I literally arrived in Bangkok, 1 hour later than expected. I would say these guys are pretty amazing.

I booked the tickets on the same day. The bus station was great and clean, and they have a toilet available if you need to freshen up. It’s also close to a café and convenient for getting a tuk-tuk. The bus came on time. However, the bus made several stops, more than two, I think, which disturbed our sleep, especially since we took the 11:15 PM bus and only arrived in Siem Reap at 4:45 PM. The comfort level was quite low, and the seats were a bit hard.

Serious company ! Can recommend it

The bus was right on time and the staff was kind and courteous as well as very professional. We left a bag behind and they were extremely helpful in getting it back to us. A hearty recommendation!

We even get to talk with manager of Booking express and he asked us which times would work for us better and other ways for improvement :-)

Perfect! Cheap and comfortable reclining leather sofa-seats. Convenient stops for toilet visit, food, lunch & snacks! Very responsible driver, driving safely and making sure every passengers are onboard before moving. I departed early at 8.30 and AC was efficient! It was cold in the beginning, but I had a sweater to keep me warm. Highly recommended!

Bus was on time, clean and comfy.

Hotel bus left on time, was clean (didn't see toilet..), comfy enough (short beds so ppl > 1.70 will not be able to stretch out), free water. DownsideS: arrival was not clearly communicated, quite many stops along the way to moonlight as a local bus I guess

The bus left an hour late. Since 12go had not sent the operator my e-mail address (as they said) the operator was not able to inform me in advance. The journey itself was very good with a few more stops than expected as we got nearer to Siem Reap.

Staff were so lovely and accommodating. We swapped our beds at the last moment as it wasn’t so busy. For an extra fair you can book a double for just yourself. Got to get your n quick though. I enjoyed the experience of a night bus. I slept very well and had to be woken on arrival. Brilliant way to get A to B with minimal fuss and so much cheaper. Pillows & blankets provided but the air conditioning is up high so wear warm I would do that again.

Terrible experience. No place for luggage, 15 seats in a MINIvan. It wouldn't be a problem if we knew about it in advance. For 6 hours we sat crowded and bent like sardines. Since the seats are added in the trunk, your luggage is under your feet and this further limits the space and normal seating. During any communication with the driver, he just laughed. You will be assigned a seat in advance and it is not possible to change it, so if you meet 3 larger people in the back seat in a minivan, you will have to squeeze and look at, for example, smaller passengers who are sitting on separate seats that are wider than the back seats. I will definitely use the competition next time. They have a minivan with 11 seats, so there is definitely more space and comfort.

Happy with service provided. Pick up and drop off locations accurate. Minor delay to starting lead to minor completion delay. Rated 4 stars as the van could do with some TLC - quite rickety seats, dirty windows and absence of any WiFi/charging points.

Van left on time arrived early. Good amount of stops. Downside, some passengers came with oversized luggage and it impeded the amount of legroom and foot space for sitting.

Driver was pretty fast, often taking over in the opposite lane, but I guess that's the driving style in Cambodia. Still was happy to be alive after that :D

Air conditioning can be improved

We recieved a voucher with summary and pick-up drop-off locations almost immediately after booking, so that was perfect. On the day of departure we were at pick-up location (coordinates and map with 📍) 30 mins before departure as requested. However no bus showed up. We started asking around for the company and people told us they no longer come to that spot. Then we tried calling them on the different phone-numbers on the voucher incl whatsapp, mail but no response even 2 phone-numbers not connected. At depature time -5mins we decided to drive to the main office with a tuk-tuk. Luckily we did because when we arrived the bus was waiting, we quickly had to get on, no chance to get an explanation about pick-up location or contact ability and the bus left on time. So, I wonder if they would have waited for us. After that the drive was comfortable and safe. It was a good driver.
