We booked a cabin sleeper bus, but the first 5 hours from cat ba to ninh binh we spent in a regular bus which had no comfortable legspace and mh girlfrieds seat was broken. The next Bus from ninh bin to phong nah was a sleeper bus but not as described in the pictures when we booked it. It was the modt uncomfortable ride i experienced in vietnam so far, i could not fit into the cabin in legth and width for 7 hours. Also we were dropped out 45min before phong nha and had to switch to a taxi which was included to bring us to a place in the center of phong nah, which is why we had to pay 70.000 extra to bring us to our homestay. Wouldn’t recommend this organization!

Betten für große Personen eher ein schlechter Kompromiss. Jede Bodenwelle ist ein Schlag in den Rücken, gerade bei langen Fahrten

The staff was a little bit uncommunicative and there could be more stops to go on toilet. On our tour the bus driver of the first and the second bus changed tires. That took very long so we had the fear of missing the next bus

Pick-up location was for around the block from our hotel. We needed to walk in a thunderstorm to get there, only to have the bus go oick someone up at our hotel. The bus was late getting to the transfer point and we were rushed bewteen busses with no option to use the toilet. The beds on the sleeper bus were much smaller than other busses I have ridden on.

Driver was unfriendly, he didn’t respond when we asked questions. He ignored us (or didn’t understand). Also the places we stopped at had the worsed toilets I’ve seen in my life. 12goAsia contacted me about this so that was really nice!

Wir sind gut von A nach B gekommen. 1. Problem, wir fanden das Waterside Hotel nicht, da es dieses nicht gibt bzw. gerade gebaut wird. 2. Problem, in Ninh Binh wollte uns der Fahrer nicht mitnehmen, obwohl wir auf der Liste standen. Ansonsten alles gut
