The wifi is not working and I had to wait around 2 hours to pick me up at the pick up point

A/C didn’t work. Wifi was weak. The staff was not kind. But operator support us when we have problems/questions.

Driver was smoking. 3hours delayed. No wifi. Nevertheless we arrived safe.

I originally was skeptical to book this journey as it was the cheapest option and didn’t have the highest reviews. I reached out to the company who replied instantly, they answered all my questions and reassured me. They also kept me updated with changes to the itinerary and even messaged me to make sure that I was at the right place at the right time. The bus itself was super comfortable with curtains, blankets and free bottled water. Although the drivers didn’t speak great English all the staff were super helpful and made it a very pleasant experience.

Was nice but didn't stop but once in around 12hrs to find food and everything didn't work like pictured like set massage and TV was just a screen to be operated from the front radio by the bus driver.

Wifi didn’t work, usb charger didn’t work, tv screen was an ornament. Thought I had booked a VIP bus being a more comfortable 22 seater but turns out all their busses are called “VIP” so was a cramped 32 seater, something to double check when booking as this makes all the difference to your journey, or save yourself the punishment and get a flight. They did organise a paid taxi for me from the bus drop off point to my hotel which was the saving grace.

Bus was nice and just as pictured. Unfortunately the driver was smoking inside the bus and the smell of cigarettes travelled through the aircon all around. Otherwise the staff was nice and helpful.

It’s a experience getting the bus

My original booking was changed because they never told me the depart location wasn't the one on my ticket, so when I manage to contact them they just put me on the next bus, but I had to wait a long time, and again, nobody told me about the new departure place so there was no possibility for me to get on my original bus.

The bus departed 2.5 hours early which luckily worked for my schedule but it kind of a crazy ask. The blanket they gave me was clearly used as it smelled very badly. Forced me to sit in the way back of the bus right next to the bathroom. The bathroom stop they made only had squat toilets and was very dirty, unlike every other bus I’ve been on. The journey was also supposed to take about 2 hours longer than it actually did which messed up my plans.

They give me First a bed where i cant lie l. And the Team in the Bus was Not really friendly

The bus drivers attitude was completely unacceptable. The arrival drop-off was over 12 km away from where it was supposed to be and 4 hours earlier than stated on the ticket making it somewhat inconvenient and adding expence for pickup at 5:00am instead of 9:00am.

Drivers and conductors don't bother to speak english; you’ll be left clueless unless you speak Vietnamese. Pick-up and drop-off locations in the booking are from small vans to send you to their office. As I was the only one to be picked up, they booked for a grab bike for me instead of the van as it was cheaper (for them). We were dropped off in their office but no one mentioned there was a minivan to come to send us to the booked destination. Had to book grab bike at my expense instead. As for the bus itself, the entertainment screen was useless, there was no wifi or even power in the outlets. I was alone in the cabin though so atleast there’s that. As a foreigner with no vietnamese and despite being among the first to board, I was sent on the farthest cabin and on the top one, next to the toilet (the worst for shaking and potential smell). You may want to reconsider booking this operator, or via 12go and try Vexere instead so you could book the exact seat you want.

We were contacted on WhatsApp and then picked up from our hotel. This was great. . Along the way we picked up numerous packages such that we had to turn around a couple of times, but that was not that bad. All in all, was it for me rather comfortable and the 19h went on rather quickly. But the staff didn’t speak one word English, so there was not really any communication.

We went with the ”VIP Cabin Bus by Dinh Nhan” from Ho Chi Minh to Hoi An. The bus was 5/5, you got a little comfortable cabin with massage in it. You could sit and also fix the seat to lay down for sleep. My boyfriend is 1.92cm and he just fit in the cabin. We did some stops on the way. They also have a toilet. I’m so happy with this ride genuinely since I’ve heard som horror stories from other busses but this was very much to recommend!!

The bus arrived 3 hours earlier. They had a van from meeting point to the actually parking bus to start the trip, but nobody explained anything before, they just said 'go here'. Our spot was OK and relatively comfortable.

The bus was clean and comfortable for the 20 hour trip from Da Nang to Ho Chi Minh. There was a bathroom on board, the beds were spacious, and all the facilities were clean. At one point I do think someone was smoking on the bus which was annoying, but it was short lived and the smell faded quickly. The bus drops you off in a random place in HCM but it’s easy to get a Grab to wherever you need to go. The bus was supposed to have wifi but I don’t think it was functioning, which was a bit of a bummer for the long ride but not the end of the world. Overall good trip!

Overall pretty comfy journey. Only issues were on the top bunk near the back it felt pretty bumpy and unstable (you get used to to it after a few hours) and the aircon wouldn’t switch off so it gave me a nasty cold/cough. It also was like an hour late but I wasn’t too bothered. Plenty of stops for food

The bus was late. The staff was seamed mad and hurried all The time. There was a speaker playing Music beside my bunk

The bus ride was comfortable and has a toilet on Board! Much better kept and equipped than other buses. However, we were told the bus was leaving 30mins earlier and had to arrive an hour before the original departure time only to have to wait for an hour an half for the bus. We were also not dropped off at our arranged (and paid!) arrival point but rather in the middle of the road in a different town and had to find a taxi at our own cost for the 30 mins trip in the early morning.

Was actually a good trip. Left about 5:30pm from Ho Chi Minh arrived in Da nang about lunchtime. Bus was clean and as described, we booked the VIP Cabin(had our own cabin seat). Seats are comfortable even for a long trip, I’m 6,2ft and couldnt quite straighten my legs but wasnt too bad. We did arrive at the pick up location which is a little office and waiting area, then transported by van to the bus about 30mins away. Once the bus left we had 2 stops, one just outside of Ho Chi Minh which had a little restaurant and again in the morning at another little restaurant. Nobody speaks english so just read the ques and figure it out. We had to go and ask for noodles or would have missed out. Come prepared with your own food and a few drinks, one bottle of water provided. The negatives would be as the other reviews stated, driving is typical. The music onboard was annoying, turned off for the sleeping part but on for long periods, bring earphones, a couple we meet brought a twin ticket which is just sharing a cabin. Some cargo was loaded inside. Overall I would do it again, just make sure you’re getting the Cabins for a long trip like this and come prepared

Generally the journey was good. There were some unexpected changes at the start and end of the journey, but didn't have to wait around too long. There's a toilet on the bus, but we made some additional stops too.

The drivers don't stop talking and honking, they can barely sleep

All was good, but the Bus Driver smoked in the Bus were we sleeping.

bus was stinky and people sleeping in aisles. also workers were rude and we only stopped once over a 13 hour journey and toilet was grim. also bus kept going back and forwards when we were trying to put our bags in and it was raining so just delayed the whole process

It was far from vip-cabin, there’s just curtains. Small space, shaking all the way like washing machine, loud beeps every 5 seconds. Hadn’t sleep all 12 hours.

It was ok. But, the driver never stopped in 13 hour trip. The toilet was full half way through the trip so was unusable

They postponed our trip by 5 hours via a text message, and when we arrived, we were delayed by another hour. We only just managed to catch our onward transport.

The buses are amazing but the workers in Nha Xe Dinh are very impolite and rude. We stop in a disgusting place to take food, we asked them how long are you stopped here ? No answer, not even a look into the eyes. I tried to ask in Vietnamese using google translate, no answer, nothing. I am thinking a pig is better transported, I believe they never deal with humans !!! This company shouldn't transport turist.

Driver didn’t stop once, arrived 5 hours earlier than told and dropped off 45 minutes outside of Ho Chi Minh

The company said the pickup time would be at 6pm but bus picked us up an hour 1/2 late, and then an hour 1/2 into our ride the bus broke down for another 1hr 1/2. The alternator got taken out and a new one got put in. 6 hours later the bus broke down again leaving us stranded from 4am- 10am. The drivers also made a bunch of stops in the beginning? We also had two people sleeping in the middle of the bus which made it hard getting to the restroom/off the bus without stepping on them & towards the end of the ride someone started smoking a cigarette which filled the cabin with a strong odor. Communication with what was happening would have been appreciated as no one told us what was happening or how long it would be at first but eventually it got fixed and figured out. We did stop for a bite to eat for free towards the end of our journey and eventually we got to where we needed to go. + restroom on the bus was pretty clean. My boyfriend is 6’3 and couldnt fully stretch out while laying down (for all the tall people) but he said it wasnt the worst. Overall, the trip took us 24hrs when it should have taken only 18hr.

I got to the bus location about four hours early which was changed from the original pick up spot. Boarding the bus was a bit chaotic as it seemed no one knew what was going on. I asked one of the workers if the bus that was in front of me was my bus and he said no and then shortly after ran and told me it was my bus. Once we got moving, the bus broke down within an hour of the trip. We waited for about an hour or so until they fixed it. A number of hours after that the bus pulled over and no one was sure why and then we found out the bus had broken down again for approximately six hours. Not informed why or how long we’ll be waiting when I message the contact on WhatsApp he said he would let me know and never got back to me. Once things started rolling, the bus ride was enjoyable and the sleeper was very comfortable. We stopped and got food, which was pretty good.

The bus was fine and so was the trip, but the drivers were very rude, and did not try to communicate at all when somebody had questions. Even if we used Google Translate, they just looked the other way and shushed us.

It was a good experience. The bus (sleeping room and bathroom) were clean. The price included meals. We stopped at some restaurants and had local food. Even though the bus stuff only spoke Vietnamese we were able to communicate. They were very friendly. We had a delay in the beginning but came earlier to our destination. If you’re picky you should were long clothes because I don’t think they wash the blankets which they offer for every cabin. Nevertheless I was able to sleep! I can recommend the company.

Vas 2 hours late..Bus was tatty and dated

The journey from Hoi An to Phan Rang was meant to take about 11 hours, it took 13 instead. We only had one stop in all that time. Staff were really nice though and there was a toilet on board to relieve yourself. Overall this experience was what you’d expect and it got us to where we wanted to go to.

They don't leave me where suppose to be. I was the only one of the passengers leaved on a station before. Where their moto friends tried to pick me up . Everyone else went to ho chi min as well. Cause i talk to them.

The driver who's drive before midnight drive too speed and hard and were hurt in the bus. Impossible to sleep.

It was difficult to find the pick up station ! Better they have a picture from the place!! Also we booked 8pm but half past 5 we got a message that the bus will coming 6am! So,we where in hurry to stood there in time 😬

The bus was comfortable, but we didn’t leave on time, so we arrived at the destination with a 1 hour and 30 minute delay. We were supposed to arrive at 9:30 p.m., but we arrived at 11:00 p.m

Good communication from operator esp as bus was running a bit late. The charging ports in my cabin were dead so I couldn’t charge my phone. Very happy to get transfer to hotel included

It was arrangee Well. I was there with my 1 year old son, my 6 year old Son and my wife. I could sleep excellent and my kids also. My wife is a bit sensitive while sleeping. So every bump or beep made her awake. It was clean,the people where very helpfull

The bus met expectations in terms of comfort. But it was late and we were asked to come earlier, so the waiting part was an hour in the end. The worst thinks were two: drivers smoking inside the bus all night and the additional drivers sleeping in the aisle so I couldn’t reach easily the bathroom because I had to jump over one of them, pretty inconvenient.

The bus was an hour late. The driver was operating the bus as if it was the first time driving a bus. Will try to avoid sleeper busses in the future.

Very good, a bit too costly and the place where we stopped for food and to use a toilet was a bit disgusting (competitively to all my previous experiences in Vietnam). But the bus was super cool, interesting experience for sure..we reached before planned time!

Drivers drove crazy. Breaking extremely hard. I thought I was going to fall out of the bunk. Blanket felt a bit scruffy. Stopped many times collecting packages.

In first hour of our trip the tire got flat, after that for 2 maybe 2.5 hours the drivers where looking and still driving!! damaged vehicle for vulcanization! It was ridiculous and dangerous. The where driving the bus slowly with open front door, because the where smoking! So the were driving damaged vehicle with open front door and smoking. Does not sound good. There was also no water in the bathroom to wash your hands

The bus journey from Hoi An to Phan Thiet was better than expected. It’s for sure an experience. Although we started a bit late, we arrived only half an hour later than originally planned. A big plus was that the bus drove straight through without major stops, which saved time. The sleeping arrangements were okay. We were provided with water and the bus even had a functioning toilet. It's worth noting that the roads were very poor for the first half of the journey, but of course, this is not the fault of the bus company. Overall, considering all the bus options, this is probably the best. However, after having made this bus experience, I would take the plane next time.

A day before departure the bus company texted us that the bus would leave 1.5 hours earlier than planned. Even though this was very inconvenient for us we changed our plans to make it work. Then, one of us got allocated a cabin that was only half as big as the other ones and did not have a window. It did not say that in the booking confirmation and we had paid the same price. It was only after a rather long discussion that we got another cabin. In addition, it was impossible to get to the toilet because so may people were sleeping on the floor in the middle of the aisle. This made us feel uncomfortable especially because it meant we were almost sleeping face to face with other people.
