实际的巴士之旅非常棒。登记入住很糟糕。

一切都正确且非常好，我推荐这家公司，因为它提供非常好的服务。非常感谢一切

服务很好，司机也超级友好。可惜的是，因为换乘了另一辆巴士，所以晚点了大约一个小时。不过考虑到这是一趟10小时的旅程，也还可以接受。

当我到达车站，准备乘坐早上 8:30 去曼谷的巴士时，被告知这趟车停运了。工作人员递给我一张纸条，上面写着我需要额外支付 271 泰铢（在我之前在线支付的车费基础上），这样我才能在早上 9:00 乘坐巴士。我别无选择，只能额外支付这笔钱，而且工作人员也没有解释为什么我已经付了车费，还要额外支付。

每一个都很好。他们给了我们早餐。而且空调真的很好用

总体来说，这次旅行还不错。空调太冷，而且没有提供毯子。座位很舒服。

接线员（名字不详）非常友善，并确保我们（唯一的英语使用者）始终知道自己在哪里以及情况如何！

工作人员很好，但他们说我们哪里有无线网络，但我们没有。毯子也小了。其他一切都很好。对于我们支付的价格来说，太棒了。

厕所脏乱不堪，一股尿骚味一直蔓延到楼上。我们登船的时候，厕所就已经非常非常糟糕了！！！

没有腿部空间。飞机上还有更多空间！

公交车晚点30分钟。车厢很干净，座位超级舒服，但是WiFi用不了。员工很友善，但只会说一点英语。

舒适又干净。我唯一的抱怨是座椅向后倾斜得太厉害了。我本来以为这不是什么问题，但我前面的人几乎坐在我的腿上。我无法移动我的腿，不得不请她把座椅往上调一点。

由于巴士即将从另一个登机口出发，因此旅程开始时有些忙碌。虽然距离预定的登机口很近，但在 Morchit (Mo Chit)，您在离开之前很容易就会感到压力。行李舱太小了，无法容纳泰国人旅行时经常携带的所有包、背包、手推车和大包裹。所以西方人坐公共汽车时要随身携带背包。与 VIP 服务相比，所谓的 Express 服务提供的座位较小，倾斜的可能性较小，因此一切都非常充足。不幸的是，我们最终只有两个座位，两个座位都不能倾斜到最小的角度，而且根本没有腿部空间。有点像乘坐廉价航班，但乘坐 13 小时的巴士。凌晨 2 点，每个人都被叫醒去卫生间休息，吃点东西。更不幸的是不知道你需要门票才能获得免费食物。当我们意识到公共汽车已经离开时（可能是去加油）。我们礼貌地询问是否可以与我们前面的两个孩子交换椅子，他们太小了，他们的脚甚至没有超过座位。导游只是嘲笑我们，而我们前面的一家四口居然换了座位。但就在一家人之间，所以现在一个孩子和一个父母共用一排；）我们到达清迈有点痛苦（当然，晚了）。但至少我们安全抵达了。司机似乎并不着急，所以按照亚洲标准来说，行程本身还不错。话虽如此，服务和沟通都很糟糕。

座位很舒服，但可惜腿部空间不足，比瑞安航空的还差。你必须全程双腿叉开坐着。

这是一次很棒的清迈之旅。友好的工作人员，美味的食物，快速安全的抵达。强烈推荐;-)

巴士正如预期的那样。 3排座位而且很准时。我们也比时间提前一个半小时到达曼谷。座位很舒服，一切都很顺利。我睡得像个小婴儿，一路吮着拇指来到曼谷。唯一的缺点是费用。 12go 收费服务 100 泰铢，paypal 100 多泰铢。 Paypal 的转化率也很糟糕（23 而不是 24.7）。

巴士如图所示。没有我希望的那么冷，但座位可以倾斜，公共汽车提前 30 分钟到达。使用计程车或那里的 grab 应用程序仅供参考

无线网络可以用（不是很强，但还可以），有一些零食和水，东西真的很有帮助，巴士准点

准时出发，比计划稍早到达，工作人员服务良好，速度很快。只是需要更清楚地解释一下休息时间（多长时间，以及唯一一次下车机会）

巴士很舒适，车上备有毯子供旅途使用。车上提供一小瓶水和一份小吃，途中还安排了用餐。巴士晚点45分钟出发，但最终还是提前30分钟到达。我原本想临时改签晚些的班次，但已经无法更改，所以只能给三星。

一切都安排得很好，我们在旅行开始时喝了一杯饮料，吃了一些美味的东西。幸运的是，车上不太冷，我们沿途停下来舒展一下双腿。非常友好和乐于助人，几位司机轮流完成这次持续近 12 个小时的巴士旅行。极好的

座位很舒服，灯很早就关了，所以很容易入睡！您会得到毯子、水和零食，巴士上甚至还有 wifi！

出发稍晚。一件旅途用的毛衣就足够了。

由于终点站很大，所以找巴士有点难，不过那里的工作人员大多都很友好，所以我们只需要多问几个人就行了。旅途一开始很愉快，但快到清迈的时候，天气突然变得非常冷，所以带上毯子和保暖的衣服会很有帮助。

巴士太冷了，不喜欢免费餐。小吃、水和服务都很棒！

对于去哪里公交车站有点困惑。巴士之旅非常棒，所有座位都有足够的腿部空间，每位乘客都收到了水、巧克力棒和毯子。与沉睡的火车形成鲜明对比的是，巴士司机在晚上 9 点左右就把车灯关掉了，这样很容易入睡。强烈推荐乘坐钻石之旅巴士！

Clean, comfortable and punctual. Bus left Chiang Mai and arrived in Bangkok exactly on schedule.

The trip was very comfortable and relaxing

For express it felt like VIP! Phone chargers, comfy chairs, clean, leaned back enough, water and snack, food voucher, and comfortable foot rest. I recommend!

Bus comfortable but staff no English speaking and no toilet and wifi on board. We left 1 hour late keepinh receiving people on biard.

We arrived a little bit later. But we had a nice trip and the drivers we very kind!

The bus drove so slowly and was two hours late.

Two busses broke down. Took 15 hours.

Process to get our tickets in exchange for the 12go voucher was more straightforward than expected. We walked to the counter and they were already sitting there with my name on them. Bus left 30 mins later than its scheduled departure time but we expected as much following the reviews on here so didn’t mind. It flew by, seats very big and comfy and also recline. WiFi worked very well the entire time. I was a bit apprehensive about the food stop being a vegetarian, however there was a vegetarian option and it was delicious! Definitely would take the bus again if had to do it again. I would point out though that where we were sitting there were no USB charging points, I don’t know if this was the same for other passengers or just because of where we were seated though.

Fab staff. Felt safe Along the way. Bus was late but its Thailand! Leather seats slightly uncomfortable for long distance.

Bus was 90 minutes late and I almost missed my connection. Poor toilet on bus. The attendant talked loudly on her phone much of the trip.

The bus arrived late, hence it also departed late (about 30 minutes). There were limited seats at the waiting area. The attendant was friendly and helpful. However, the blankets were provided only after about an hour after the departure. During a stop over, the passengers weren't verbally informed that we could claim free snacks using the ticket stubs... (i'm a foreigner so i did not understand what was written in the ticket). It was a relatively comfortable ride and i liked that there are single seats for solo travelers. i also appreciated the free wifi and the sockets for charging. Thank you very much!

Very rude people , I find only a paper in the counter where I was suppose to change my online ticket said : Go to bus stop 14 and you'll get your ticket . So I went there e no one know anything took me 1 hour with the help of a foreigner how to sort out my tickets . Never again I'll use this company , and I 'll make sure to tell also people I know about this .

Seats are comfy and big. But you lose all your legroom and get squashed if the person in front puts their seat all the way down to sleep.
