Well, I went to the store and ask for 3 oneway tickets from Hanoi to Sapa. Better for them (no comisson 12Go) and better for me (better price then 12Go). Actually the tickets were more expensive then booking online via their website. Unfortunaly, I couldn't book on their website so I had to do it via 12Go. Still don't understand why it's more expensive when buying a fysic ticket instead of online.
The bus was one hour to early (06.30 instead of 07.30).
Fine driver, clean bus. I certainly will book here again (online via the hotel :p)

It was well organized.
Pick up at our hotel with a sedan car who brought us to the main location of the company where we changed vehicle (big 23 pax bus/van. In Hanöi, we changed again vehicle depending on our end destination in Hanoi. Communication in advance by WhatsApp. Driving style was quite ok.
Would book them again.

We moved from Trang An to Ha Long Bay because we had a cruise booked.
The positive point is that we reached our destination on time after leaving from our hotel. On the downside, we left an hour late (fortunately, we had allowed some extra time), and we had to take three different vehicles without any prior information.

Really positive experience - one of my best in Vietnam. Picked us up from our hotel, relaxed vibe, music, really clean. Duy was a great driver. Chairs came with a water bottle and a massage feature! Will look out for future transfers!

Before pickup a lot of confusing Messages of different drivers that all talked about different times and places. Very little communication during the drive what happens next.

Great communication, amazing van with very comfortable and spacious seating. Our driver got us to Halong Bay in good time, while taking lots of care and being safe! We even had a pit stop for food and a bathroom break. Would highly recommend.

It was advertised at 371,000 but then I was told to pay 300,000 more if I wanted to go. Fine. It is advertised as a direct bus taking 3 hours - this is a lie. You WILL stop in Hanoi and be transferred and it will take a little longer than 3 hours. I was picked up at around 12:30 and got to the airport at 16:00pm.
I reached a booking office in Hanoi and the staff was friendly, but the listing is not accurate

Instead of going to the pickup point as mentioned in voucher, I received a WhatsApp from the travel company that they offered me a free of charge pickup from the hotel I stayed in Halong bay and the brought me to my new hotel in Hanoi.

We got a whatsapp massage that there is only a bus available 1 hour early compared to what we booked and that there is an extra fee of 50.000/person. For that we got picked up and droped off at our Hotels. So all in all it was fine...

Arrived early, as id booked for 5.30 to give myself time to get my bags, but got txts when I landed saying he was there. So set off early. Only me and 2 others so plenty of room. Water provided. Massage reclining seats ..changed to a car to take me to my hotel. Very smooth stress free journey all in all

The dispatcher was very nice but we have to wait for our ride and and then we had to change three times , from the airport they took us with a car to Hanoi and then we waited again for the shuttle until it arrived and took us to ninh Benh and they had to change again to an old shuttle that's took us to Tam coc. They should say it maybe people doesn't want to transfer twice and wait half hour and the office in Hanoi I prefer to pay a little more and take a taxi straight but I didn't know

All good with the operator but just wanted to add up our driver during Sa Pa to Hanoi travel got sleepy on one of the sequence he almost got to the right side of the road luckily I was awake during that time I was able to hold the cars wheel and ask the driver to take a rest or break on to the next gas station stop

The main bus and service was excellent. The only issue was the pickup in the minibus. The mini bus was packed and uncomfortable and we thought that was going to be for the whole ride to Sa Pa. The mini bus driver was rude and didn’t tell us anything.

Our trip from Trang An to Hanoi was great.
This is the 2nd time we travelled with Daily Limousine and both times they arranged our pick up from our exact location (airport & hotel) with awesome precision and got in contact with us on WhatsApp both the office and the drivers for a smooth accuracy.
The minivans are very comfortable.
The drivers are helpful and friendly.
Awesome experience overall.
Highly recommend this operator.

The first driver was great but then we got taken to another bus bay where we waited for 2 hours for another bus to pick us up. We were not told why we had to change vehicles or why we had to wait. We were suppose to leave at 7:10 and arrive at 9:40 but we did not arrive until 12. Very unimpressed.

Vehicle was on time. Once travel was underwater I received messages from other drivers asking if I had boarded yet so there was clearly some confusion. The trip overall was almost two hours past the original ETA. There was numerous stops along the way for people and packages and no communication from the driver about what was going on or why. My wife had to give up her seat so another local man could have a sleep. Not impressed given the amount of money we paid. I will review accordingly on google.

Everything was perfect 😍 They kept in touch with us and we even were supposed to be picked up from opera house but they came to pick us up from our hotel. Very punctual very professional 👏 we arrived on time and we didnt even feel the time, we also stopped for a coffee break ❤️. The bus also met our expectations ❤️ thank u 🙏 The price is unbeatable, highly recommended. Book it without hesitation.

We were offered hotel pick up and drop off which was great. WhatsApp communication and confirmation the day before. Smaller car picked up up, drove us 20mins or so where got on the minibus, clean, spacious, comfortable. Then another car at the other end took us 10 mins to our new hotel. Smooth service.
