虽然机票上注明了座位号，但登机时没有人注意到，导致乘客之间发生争执。无论如何，我们在旅行的三个阶段中的每一个阶段都被安排在不同的巴士上。到达香港入境处后，没有英文公告，所以我们只是跟着人群。上午 11.45 从香港出发，原定抵达时间为下午 1 点，考虑到需要下车并穿过 2 座移民大楼，这有点荒谬。实际抵达时间接近下午 2 点。

Not problem till the "border". Timing of total transfer shown on website was misleading. Took a lot longer than indicated. After customs and immigration, complete chaos on the HK site, difficult to find staff and to know which bus to take, to each destination. Most staff not speaking any english did not help our experience!!!!! But we managed...
