Mathias K晚上8点（出发时间8点35分），机场航站楼已经空无一人。大家都没什么计划。问讯员说当天没有巴士了。车票上的地址也是错的。最后，巴士竟然凭空出现，准时到达，停在了航站楼的3号巴士站（我问过的七个人都无法确认这一点????）。所以，虽然看起来不像，但巴士会直接开到3号登机口。车上甚至还有水，更令人难以置信的是，还有麦当劳汉堡作为免费小吃。旅途很轻松，而且有安全带。

Wimolrat R我在网上预订了车票，被告知要在邦考（Bang Kaew）上车。到达邦考后，工作人员告诉我，晚上11:55的车必须在金考（King Kaew）上车。幸好我到邦考（Bang Kaew）比较早，所以工作人员帮忙协调，让巴士在邦考停靠，尽管当时办公室已经关门了。我知道很多游客都在邦考（Bang Kaew）等车，而且巴士在关门后就不再停靠了。你应该在网上系统中更正信息。

Richard BGreat coach, plenty of room, USB ports and given a bottle of water, nice touch. Then near the end they stopped and we were all given a McDonalds chicken burger, which was much appreciated. Definitely recommend this company.

Reasons-
Spacious cabin with reclining seats ,
Separate space for the luggage , for which 20 THB is charged .very nominal charge .
Comfortable journey with toilet in the lower cabin .
A 500ml water bottle and Mc donald burger is offered on the way .
The bus departed on time , reached bangkok in 3 :30hrs ..

Tamsin RComfortable coach with air-conditioning seats reclined, toilet on board, offered a bottle of water on the way they also stopped to buy a McDonald’s chicken sandwich for everybody which I didn’t eat, cause I’m veggie but gave it to my neighbour. Took approximately from 7:10 to 10:35 ish. Pleasant friendly staff too

Routinely NTook the 11 am bus and we didn't stop for lunch but they stopped and picked up McDonald's chicken sandwiches for everyone. The first time we'd seen that. There is also a toilet on the bus.

Kurt BTook the big bus from the Nuanthip pier to Ekkamai in Bangkok. Bus was comfortable. They never take a straight line always picking up and dropping off a few passengers along the way and not taking the direct route. This is simply how it's done here. Free water and McDonald's chicken sandwich. Took 4 hours.
