鉴于其小型“双人床”，巴士比预期更舒适，但巴士上的工作人员非常粗鲁。在12小时的旅程中，他们只停下来上厕所一次，但不断停下来取货。有一次我问下一次上厕所时间是什么时候，被告知是 5 分钟，然后是一阵笑声，没有再上厕所了……

该公司在网上宣传豪华巴士之旅，车厢内配备双人床。然而，实际上只是一个单人包厢，根本容纳不下两个人。另一位乘客不得不与陌生人合住一个包厢。请您务必注意这一点。

面包车里挤满了人和行李，腿部空间极其有限，空调也无法完全降温，所以出汗在所难免。途中只停了一次厕所。官方宣称的2.5小时车程简直是笑话，实际花了3.5到4个小时。

优点就是价格不贵。否则，服务真的很一般。双层床非常狭窄：如果您与亲人一起旅行，那就没问题，但独自一人挤在陌生人旁边睡觉并不是最愉快的体验。床铺不太舒服。无法调节或关闭全速运转的空调。目的地站点信息非常少（没有地址或 GPS 坐标，如果您在地图上输入 CMR 办公室，它与 12Go 指示的点完全不对应）。司机把收音机的音量开得很大，让人根本无法入睡。即使你睡着了，工作人员也不会提醒你下车。必须避免！

I had to wait 90 minutes to get on the bus and I was the only customer so they left me with another company. The other van was full and had no headrests. Despite of the delay the driver did many breaks, one of them for a dinner. I have arrived 3 hours later.

The departure place was different (and not close by). The drive from sihanoukville was later without much information. We arrived 2 hours later in Phnom Penh and no reaction from their customer support.

I got on the ferry from Koh Rong at 9am- 30 minutes early, this journey was smooth sailing and arrived onto the mainland at around 10:30. I found the booking office where I was met by the guy saying I would have to wait until 12:45 for the bus to Siem Reap- 2 hours away! There had be nothing mentioned when booking about having to wait for the buses or any timings for the day. If I had known I would have had to wait I would not have gotten a ferry so early, as no time was saved! The mini van arrived at around 12pm and the 4 of us got on it, it was comfy enough. The mini van repeatedly stopped for no reason, we picked up and dropped of random passengers throughout. We arrived into Phnom Penh at 4pm at the bus office, minimal English was spoken by the staff so I was very confused as to when the bus to Siem Reap would be considering I was meant to arrive to Siem Reap at 6:30pm. A family car then arrived to take me, the drivers were lovely but spoke no English so I was extremely confused as to why we kept on stopping and picking up/ dropping off others the whole way. At one point there were 9 people in a 7 seater car! It was definitely a unique and local experience, we stopped for food at around 9pm. We arrived into Siem Reap at 11pm, so 5 hours after the said time of arrival! I have no idea how a car was the transport to take me considering I was told it would be a sleeper bus. Just be prepared for the journey to take a lot longer than expected and feel very confused the whole time.

Extremely cramped, stopped at toilets with cricket infestations and wouldn’t stop elsewhere, roof leaked on us during a downpour bags on feet and laps due to lack of room, poor delays due to flat tyre

Everything great,with really good customer service,the only problem was that the timetable doesn't match the ferry so i had to wait more or less one hour at the harbour (but it's ok 😊)

Terrible experience. We were told the wrong pickup point for the ferry, then when we managed to get on the bus after this the driver somehow made a 5 hour drive into a 9 hour drive.

Amazing, we had a sleeper bus eventhough it wasn’t advertised as such. Super comfortable apart from lack of air con. Though the trip was 6:30pm-11pm, somehow we arrived at 1am, I’ve noticed this is normal in Asia

The van was way overpacked—people’s luggage had to be stacked up in the aisles. The booking also doesn’t mention that the van stops in Phnom Penh first before continuing onto Siem Reap. Seats weren’t very comfortable either.

Very few information about the route and our luggages were dirty after the ride.

Bus broke down for 2 hours

The statt of the trip, the ferry was more than an hour late & no communication from anybody.

If you feel like experiencing Asian style van with chickens and scooter at the back, plus a couple of hours delay on schedules, then it’s definitely worth the trip. Overall I had fun though …or spend few extra bucks and get a proper van company who’s reliable. Enjoy Asian and don’t expect anything just embrace the moment 🙃

the bus operator is overloading the bus, there was 2 more passengers than available seats, there was no regard to the passenger safety (luggages on the passages of potential exit routes) - the Would not use this transport company in the future

Our ferry and bus were late and took longer than they should’ve. We arrived 5 hours later than we were meant to. The van is very cramped.

The Staff were amazing so helpful.

Comfortable bus and nice staff. The bus even had a plug socket which would take my 3-pin British plug. However, the website said the journey would only take 4.5 hours. This was unrealistic since most companies say 5.5 hours for the same journey, and this bus was much slower than other companies because it stopped a lot more times. During the first half of the journey, we stopped about every 15 minutes to pick up passengers or pick up things for delivery. Because of this, the journey took about 7 hours.

Very organized and effective to get Through the Process of getting To and from the port for the ferry to Koah Rung island Would use them again !

I arrived 1h30 later than the hour predicted, it was not comfortable, payed for a seat in a van but we were 4 in a 3 places file.

If you have a bag bigger then a small troly they will change you extra 10$ (my bag was 50L and they charged me) there are better options in that price.

This ride was uncomfortable, poorly planned and overpacked. There was probably 20 people in a 10 seater van, someone was on a plastic chair for one seat and there were packages on our bus. We also arrived over 6 hours later than they said before we booked. Do not recommend this company - avoid at all costs. We also had to swap vans in Phnom Penh which was not communicated to us in any way. It was a 10 hour journey and we didn’t stop anywhere where we could buy any food or drink, on the 2 times we did actually stop. When exiting the vehicle, everyone was climbing and clambering over each other because the van was so packed.

Very bad experience.

not on time, a million stops along the way and arrived two hours late to our destination. van filled with flies and very hot. The driver did an accident during the drive and also took a wrong turn that added 45 mins to our journey. They don’t speak English very well and they don’t reply on WhatsApp.

The trip was 4 hours longer than said (13, not 9). We had to change the van and made a detour for that. The van was way too full with everyone’s backpacks on the floor.

Real asian trip

It took 3 hours longer than stated in my confirmation!

A lot of delay, we stopped like 25 times. The duration was supposed to be 4:30h and because of the stops it was 6:30h. Not acceptable.

They advertised with 9 hours, it was 13…. First we went with the boat, that was fine. We came to the officie but nobody was there evertything closed. Without further information… luckly at 08:00 AM a driver came at took us to the head station. From there we went to phnom penh. With trafic, and a transfer to another bus (20 min waiting). Then to the next officie. Driver said nothing got out, then we wait for 20 minutes, nothing. So i got out, asked the driver, he said another 10 min waiting for people. Those 10 minutes were again 20+ minutes. After being 1,5 hours in phnom penh with all the waiting we went to siem reap. From 06:30 til 19:30, a bummer when they said the arrival time would be 15:30… but the bring you from A to B. Longer than expected and with mosquitos and cockroches in the car…

Arrival 3h late, and the driver drop off in a different location than indicated in the voucher reservation. He takes lot of people, more than it can be possible to put in the van, so we was tight

Doesn’t look like the pictures, driver played techno music so sound at about 3 am and loads of local people were sat in the galley talking, more like shouting, throughout the night and then gave us no warning when we arrived in the morning and got to longest beach an hour late

Everything was fine bus left on time sleep well arrived safely and on time

The bus was expected to reach our destination at 11. We got there at 1.30AM which would have been fine if we were informed. Instead, we made multiple stops with absolutely no communication, with the drivers stopping off for food, doing some sort of deliveries and repairs. At one point we stopped every 6 minutes for an hour. This would have been fine if we were actually informed but instead we were left not knowing just sitting on a standstill vehicle ( at one point we stopped for 50 minutes with no idea when we would leave). To top it off, we had baby cockroaches and adult cockroaches in our bed bunker and also the hallway.

Found one bug, but exept that it was great, enough room. Nice temperature and good time and servive

Hi, i didn't like it because the available space was small and dirty. the bus in general was dirty and old. a bit claustrophobic. I don't recommend this bus at all

Unfortunately the trip was delayed by 7 hours. I was supposed to get to Bangkok at 11:30am but arrived at 6:30 so wasn’t the best experience. We also stopped for food and the bus driver asked me for 7 dollars for a fried rice because I didn’t ask the price beforehand so had no choice but to pay.

It's hot in the bus. Poor aircon.

My bag arrived wet from something in the baggage compartment and smelled bad. I had to wash everything in my bag and the bag itself. Some valuable papers were damaged and the operator did nothing. They didn’t even apologize. When we wanted to speak to the boss the girl in the shop said he’s busy and she can’t call him because of that.

The staff was opening and peaking through the curtains while we were laying in bed. Also, one member of the staff was laying right next to our bed on the floor. He was the one constantly moving the curtains. Overall I felt extremely uncomfortable.

Terribly organised- arrived at the bus station to be told to sit and wait for another bus, even though I had booked ‘luxury’. After enquiring twice I was eventually told to get one newer bus I had booked - but if I hadn’t been pushy then I would’ve got put on a much older bus (which was probably sold out anyway!!). Staff weren’t helpful and quite rude. Journey itself was okay.

Booked tickets via the app but then operator messaged me saying the bus was full and they would need to transfer me to a more expensive one. The bus in the morning was 30 mins late and no one was at the meeting point to give us an update. Bus journey itself was fine.

It was ok but I think agent can annonce the next stop because we can miss the drop off pince everyone is sleeping. And have minimum a snack because it’s a long trop without eating. A Little bit late but it Didn’t matter for me ans because Where wating for customers

No water No wifi But in Time !

The Office Hygiene and the Toilet is much as bad, no Go! No sensible Service and is was very Bad to know that there was no Toilet on the Bus. The many stops for Toilet were not good for sleeping as sleeping Bus, because the room is to lighting then. Not really recommendable

Bus was very hot as there was no air conditioning. It was old and nearly broke down a few times but the drivers managed to get us to our destination.

Very small and uncomfortable mattress for 2 people. Air con was too cold for the very small thin blanket they give you. Got about 3 hours sleep in total.
