The bus was waiting around the corner from the address I was given, this was not communicated at all. At last I asked the contact person when the bus would be arriving and I got more clear instructions to find the bus.
When I got in the driver kept asking me for money, eventhough I had already paid my ticket. Eventually he took out his phone and used a translater so I could tell him my ticket was paid for, as far as I knew. This made him stop asking for money, but I got no explanation why he askes for it in the first place.
Lastly when I booked this ride it said I would arrive at 9:00, but we arrived almost an hour earlier. Not the biggest issue, but I like to know what to expect and it made me anxious he was dropping me off in the wrong place.
Overall I would not like to book with the same limousine bus company again because of this experience.
