巴士很好，而且很准时。但是接送信息很糟糕。我们得到了该地点的地址、坐标和照片。它们全都不同。地址与坐标相差甚远，我们决定去坐标那里，因为它就在照片显示的地方。照片是从美食城的停车场拍的。我们在那里等，但巴士不去那里。它开往街道更远处的一个巴士站。我们很幸运看到了巴士并去问。否则我们就会失去它了。

巴士站不在地图上标示的位置。我们差点因此错过巴士。巴士在弗雷泽大道主干道下方约 15 米处等候

Very kind and helpful driver and assistant. I traveled on the night bus from Trincomalee to Colombo, and they kindly let me get off earlier so I could continue directly to Negombo without making an unnecessary trip into Colombo and back so early in the morning. They also helped me with everything I needed. I really appreciated their kindness and would happily recommend this service. Thank you!

While the driver was at least able to communicate with passengers, the overall experience was disappointing. The bus arrived late, and the restroom stop was particularly concerning. In the middle of the night, we were dropped off in a poorly lit area that was not suitable or safe for women traveling alone who needed to use the toilet. It felt very unsafe. The final stop in Trincomalee was also unclear and did not match the location stated on the ticket. Arriving at 4:00 AM, I was fortunate that other passengers helped me find available accommodation so that I could get somewhere safe. In addition, the seats barely reclined, making it very difficult to rest, and the music on the bus was far too loud throughout the journey. Overall, I would not recommend taking the overnight bus with this company, especially for solo female travelers. I would not choose this service again.

The bus is too cold and I hated that bouncing music.

The bus was dirty, and old inside... broken handles and you had to enter quickly, the driver didn't have the time and started to drive when I still didnt have my place. A super vipbus unworthy

The schedules of 12Go and the operator don't match: Departure time and duration of journey are out of synch.

The trip was great, on time, fast, everything was clear. The only thing which was uncomfortable.. We are tall, and there was really not enough space for our legs.

The location of the bus stop is not clear enough. The stated address, the gps marks & the photo that shows on the ticketing pdf files are not coop with each other. Very confused! I wish this could be make better for the future passengers. As English communication is not that good in general here in Sri Lanka. Thk u!

Arrived on the correct minute

Music and TV with too much high volume. I did'nt sleep

The Avro travels people were very kind and super helpful and I took the Annai Muthumari bus from Jaffna to Colombo and it was the best bus ride I have taken in a long time. Great service!

Someone said the bus was comfortable and as a regular user of luxury coaches to and from London,I did not believe him. I was wrong. This was very comfortable ride. The driving,as a coach driver myself,was excellent. Help from Go Asia was perfect right from booking to stepping on the coach. The pit stop was amazing. Toilets there were spotless.
