Asia Van Transfer

他们给我订了两张卧铺巴士的座位，所以旁边没人，还送了水。我们准时出发。从暹粒的巴士站到我们旅舍有免费的嘟嘟车。唯一不足的是，在巴色的停车场等了2个半小时。还好车上还有其他女孩，因为我可不想凌晨5点一个人在这里等。

从暹粒到巴色，所有的交通都由AVT负责，非常顺畅。从巴色到万象，我们乘坐了另一家公司的巴士，他们也把车分包给了我们，这真是太糟糕了。巴士超额预订，我们甚至连我们支付的两张卧铺都没订到，导致旅途非常不愉快。

整个旅行组织得超级好。我们在各种员工的带领下完全到达了老挝。我们还有很好的空调货车，非常舒适。我们只需要在边境等待大约 40 分钟就可以等下一辆货车，但这完全没问题。对我们来说，边境的事情进展得很快。

风扇皮带断了，他们至少停了四次来修理……导致行程晚了 2 个小时……床很不舒服……

经过复杂的开始，一切都很顺利！他们告诉我们早上去 Maneth Transportation，但那里关门了！事实上，我们不得不呆在我们的宾馆，小货车直接把我们送到那里（晚了 45 分钟）。不要惊慌，哈哈，给他们发一封电子邮件，确保他们会来你的旅馆。经过这次开始，一切都很顺利：司机非常好，我们准时到达！

非常棒的体验，一切都解释得非常清楚，甚至公司有人在旅行开始时通过 WhatsApp 联系我，询问我进展如何，并解释旅行说明。唯一的问题是小货车空间很小，我们几乎不用换衣服，而且要花 6 个小时

第一次去斯通丁的旅程非常愉快。从那里到 Kratie 时，车上人太多了，他们在当地人坐的过道上运送 250 公斤糖。有趣但不舒服。

我们别无选择，因为我们要从金边去东德，而 AVT 是唯一一家执行接送服务的公司，所以我们选择了他们，尽管他有一些不好的评论（顺便说一句，我同意）不要指望有任何豪华车根据您支付的价格他们或多或少安全地带您从A点到B点，但服务不是很好，我们无缘无故地在金边等了一个小时，老挝的服务非常糟糕，但我们希望在一块

很棒的旅行，不过我没有得到必须换小货车的那部分。一辆嘟嘟车准时来我的旅馆接我，然后我去了旅行社。从那里，一辆小货车过来把我们送到了我必须换小货车的地方。第二次旅行还不错。很棒的经历

冷静的司机，准时，你在中午感觉被困在接力赛中，因为周围没有别的东西，而且饭菜超过平均水平，1 个厕所可供 30 人使用。很高兴到达但没有什么可抱怨的。 Khop 柴。

我们安全抵达了东德岛，整个行程安排得井井有条。在边境，我们受到了悉心照料，得到了所有必要的指引，总体来说，这里没什么可抱怨的。不过，我们到达目的地晚了两个小时，而且去老挝边境的巴士没有空调，外面37摄氏度的高温确实有点让人头疼。总而言之——虽然稍微晚点了，有点汗流浃背，但还是安全抵达了东德岛（码头？），虽然有点晚点……

旅程的前半部分非常棒。午餐后，我们被安排上了一辆新货车前往边境，车上堆满了行李，非常闷热，空调也不太好用。过境很困难，花了很长时间，虽然这不是公司的错，但在老挝边境办理签证却花了一个多小时。拿到签证后，我们被安排在一辆敞篷卡车的后座上，车上有长椅，但坐不下我们 14 个人。最后，我们上了船，没有遇到任何问题，顺利到达了东德岛。

我们换了两次车，但一切都安排得井井有条。虽然因为爆胎晚了一个小时，但我们安全到达了目的地。

座位非常紧凑，行李就在脚下，安排得很好，有午餐休息、船只接送，抵达暹粒后还有免费送往酒店。

太糟糕了，第一辆货车到达边境时太糟糕了，否则之后就完美了

面包车里又热又挤。我们直到下午6点才抵达东德岛。但至少我们到了，而且大家都很友好。

我们从暹粒 -> 东德岛。行程组织得很好，2/3的路还好，1/3的路比较颠簸。总而言之，我建议预订这家！ :)

一辆大巴士在正确的时间在巴色的酒店接了我们，但过了一段时间我们才绕了一圈，从镇上和沿途的不同地点接了所有人。我们乘坐的巴士非常靠近边境，在那里我们换乘了嘟嘟车。如果您留意诈骗，边境管制并不麻烦。 1）提前办理签证或在边境支付400000基普。 2) 当场填写您自己的表格，或者支付 40 美元请其他人填写... 3) 准备大约五张 1 美元的纸币来支付强制性印花费和额外费用 - 如果您使用大纸币支付，他们可能不会退还零钱。柬埔寨方面的人员脾气暴躁，但给出了可以理解的指示。当所有人都通过后，我们开着一辆空调良好但没有腿部空间的小型货车离开。几个小时后，我们停下来吃了一顿快餐（下午 2 点左右），然后换乘另一辆小型货车。从那里我们直接驱车前往暹粒，这是四部分旅程中最长的部分。我们比预定时间提前一小时到达，从那里我们乘坐嘟嘟车直接前往我们的酒店停靠。总体而言：优质的服务和许多变化。带上零食和水！

组织安排非常出色，一切都很顺利！我们参加了三次小巴旅行和一次乘船游览！司机不会说英语，而且车上缺少安全带。尽管如此，我们以后还会选择AVT。

We had to change van 3 times and had to wait quite long at the border without any information. Other than that the vans were quite nice and brought us to our destination on time.

The trip was ok. We had a delay but was not a big deal. I give the 3 stars because in the drop over near the laosian border, one guy tried us to convince to exchange money for a rate that was a bit abusive, telling us there were no ATM in Pakse ( not true )

Contacted by company immediately after booking by email with concise details of my trip including photo/contact for my driver after the boarder crossing. On the day everything was as planned. Excellent drivers for all of my journey, particularly for the last leg to Siem Reap. Staff on arrival very welcoming and helpful. A very easy, comfortable and enjoyable journey. Thank you AVT.

We had a really smooth journey from Siem Reap to Vientiane. We were the only people travelling from Siem reap so we got the private bus all to our selves! All the staff were so helpful and told us how the journey would go- border crossing etc. would recommend this company !

The company explained me everything before I left. They we’re on time.

We had a really good experience. The whole trip was well planned by the company and it was easy to transfer from one van to another. We also had 2 meal breaks which one of them was in the office where the people were really helpful for crossing the boarder. Good company to travel with!

The vans are ok but not very comfortable as men usually have large shoulders and the seats are a bit narrow. Tourists shold be told to try and make their border process as swftly as possible for respect for the others who are waiting, including drivers.

Free pickup from the nearby hotel. Young and very capable driver. We were not informed that we have a one hour break just 1 hour before arriving at the border. It appeared logical as he remainder of the trip requires a 4 wheel drive vehicle. About 30 minutes after all border formalities darkness started.

Arrived 30 minutes early. Picked up on time. Dropped to the correct destination. Did have to get in 3 different mini vans and a tuk tuk which was not mentioned but was fine. Car was not 3 years old or newer like advertised, much older. But overall good

Distance between the seats is too small (I’m 1.91m)

Smooth and professional transfer to Siem Riep

1) they ask us to take the boat from don det to the mainland at, 9:00 am, but when arriving we still need to wait 40 min... Why not make everyone arrive at same time or take boat at 9:30 ? 2) They only stop for eating at a certain place (stung treng i think )where THERE IS ONLY ONE RESTAURANT AVAILABLE NEARBY ASKING 4X THE AVERAGE PRICE OF A LOCAL RESTAURANT AND TASTES BELOW AVERAGE. THIS IS REALLY SOMETHING THAT CAN NOT BE DONE. DROP US OF SOMEWHERE WHERE WE CAN CHOOSE WHAT & WHERE WE WANT TO EAT. WE RE JUST BEING RIPPED OFF. Coca cola costs: 2,5$, what a joke => 7eleven coca is at 0,66$ Instant noodles costs 2,5$ => same noodle at 7eleven costs 0,60$ 3) Also when stopping for lunch, we dont know how long we have and when we ask when do we leave, they keep saying 10 min, 10 min. We left finally like 1h after the stop which was only supposed to be 30 min 4) They ask at least 10 times to check tickets The free dropoff to our hotels was nice and the 2 drivers in cambodia were really kind !

Helpful staff. Not too many stops. Easy process. We received emails from AVT to check where we wanted to be picked up and they were very responsive.

Everything on time, well organized, I was always confident that I would arrive where I wanted to go, at approximate time expected. The 2nd van to Banlung not very comfy, AC barely worked on a hot day. But bearable. Driver didn’t speak English, I was the only non Cambodian on the bus. All fine it just makes it a bit more difficult to understand what’s going on.

The trip itself was good and well organized. Just the driver were a bit odd as they were not talking to us at all and just stopping somewhere without saying where to go now. So it was good that AVT provides you with a detailed PDF.

Taking the bus is an adventure If you're not good with strangers then take the plane... it's a 12 hour ride

The buses were ok. Had to wait in Champasak for over an hour whilst they changed the bus (probably for safety reasons) the driver once we got into cambodia was lovely

First part was ok. The rest was chaotic. The handling at the border was bad. Finally, getting into a very uncomfortable truck.

Comfortable and smooth transfers of van from the border to Siem Reap.

The people were really friendly and everything happened as they said it would. The only thing was that we were cramped in the back of the minivan even though we paid for 3 seats for the 2 of us to try and avoid this. However, when we arrived in Siem Reap they gave us back the money for the third seat!!!! We didn't even ask - now that's what I call service.

Website was easy to use. Tickets were given at the company's office once we showed the voucher. Information about contacting company provided via emails. The company took care if everything for the price of the ticket. Hotel pick up, buses to the border, bus from the Laos border to Nakasang and the boat to the islands. The brief explanation was given at the first office. Guys know what they doing.

We received a email about the exact location and the mini-van arrived just at the right time. He gave us tickets for the following minivans and boat. The minivan was Indeed quite récent, but you have only a belt for the belly and not for the torso, which i think is useless (thats why the minus one star). To be fair, all the minivans are like this. We eat at Stoeng Troeng for one hour and the Price for the food was really fair. Then we headed to the border on another bus. After the border, a smaller mini-van took us to the Pier to take the boat to Don Det. It was really smooth and the drivers were nice and helpul.

Good professional drivers and good organisation except the 2h waiting in the middle... A good and safe way to travel but a bit expensive compared to other services

3/4 of the way, we had a good van, the rest not so good, but ok.

Comfortable enough minivan. Didn’t seem to take as long as was quoted which was good. However lots of waiting around once we had crossed the border and lots of stopping and starting along the way.
