在我的第一次经历中。除了高兴我什么也说不出来。 12go平台非常流畅。 Andaman Wave是一个非常优秀的运营商。

渡轮又漂亮又大，有很多甲板可供观赏。比广告上的时间多了一个小时，因为船长绕了一些弯路带我们经过玛雅湾和其他附近的景点，这并不理想，因为大型渡轮无法靠近，我相信大多数像我们这样的人都会去无论如何，第二天要去参观一下。总共3个小时的路程还是蛮长的。

乘船旅行本身很好，但是船给我们的绕玛雅湾“游览”的旅程增加了一个半小时。在我看来，这是毫无意义的，因为船太大了，甚至无法靠近，只是延长了旅程。然后我们不得不停下来让一群人下船并转移到另一艘船上去长滩旅行。这没有做广告，只是耽误了我们下船。

旅途愉快！没有什么特别的，但一切都很好，安排得井井有条！

我们没有得到一等座的座位，因为我们已经预订并付款了！耻辱！

行程非常顺利。船上有很多空间。入住也很顺利。总体来说体验很好。

有15分钟的延误，否则一切正常，我们开了2个小时

我订错了日期，服务很好。更改日期没有问题。所以，一切都很好。乘坐商务舱旅行非常舒适 - 但空调有点冷（我推荐套头衫）。

在线购买非常方便，我以前用过这些服务，所以没有犹豫。乘船非常舒适，我觉得甚至比预定时间提前了一点。唯一的抱怨是，我被要求打印纸质票，而不是像上次一样只需出示他们通过电子邮件发送的在线确认 PDF。当他们将纸折叠起来并递给我一张贴纸时，有点麻烦。除此之外，船很干净，空间比预期的要大，而且不像小型快艇那样拥挤。

头等舱超级舒服，如果你和你的女士一起去并且希望旅行高于平均水平，我建议头等舱

Well organised and on time. Air con too.

Couple of cockroaches but nothing major. Smooth ride, beautiful view on top deck.

It was okay. The boat was late.

Got me from A to B. It was pretty uncomfortable being squished against a stranger who kept huffing and puffing.

The boat was 25minutes late and journey took extra 15 minutes Sayed the boat stopped at 2 other locations

I have motion sickness so I took pills and slept the whole way! My husband was awake and said that it didn’t shake so much and it was a smooth ride. The only con is that the ferry left 30 min late and it’s chaos when desembarking.

Very calm and relaxing ferry ride, only “bad“ thing was the late arrival at the port. Except that we can recommend it.

Excellent, hassle free. Ferry had lots of seats & AC. There is a small shop on board that has the basics if you need water/juice etc

Great service, smooth and organised

Great captain. The sea was very hard and he was so confident and good pilot Congratulations man. I gave him my congratulation in person at the end. He was so thankfull.

Decent journey, things were a little chaotic at Phi Phi pier, but it's a big boat and we had good legroom on the lower deck. No shop just so you're aware, they only have a little stall for snacks and it's very overpriced. When we arrived at Phuket, we nearly got left behind as the organisation of the transfer buses was very chaotic.

Seamless experience. Very smooth experience from browsing, and payment to checking on the ferry. For the first experience, I can't say anything but happy.

Everything as expected

Although we had a 30min delay everything went fine

We had purchased First Class seats and were the first to arrive. The door to First Class was locked and we repeatedly asked if we could get in. Finally, I showed one of the men on the boat our tickets and asked why it was still locked and they indicated we had to go and check-in again. By that time the line up to get on the boat was very long and I said that we needed some help. One of the young men on the boat offered to help and took me to check-in where I was given the proper stickers. After that, everything was great! Just ensure you get the right stickers so you can enjoy a great ride from beginning to end!

Not pleased with the fact that I unwillingly paid for insurance. First attempt to pay for the ferry tickets failed, so I had to try again. The first time I unticked the insurance, but the second time it apperantly just popped up and I paid for tickets and an insurance I didn’t want. I think you should make it easier to buy the ferrytickets without having to untick the insurace.

I was disappointed that the ferry was 2 hours late arriving to Ton Sai Peir. It really cut into our time on the beach!

The trip was supposed to go to Laem Tong beach but the ferry itself was late leaving, did some sightseeing on the southern Phi Phi island and then was really late into Ton Sai. The staff on the boat didn't know we were going to Laem Tong and seemed to think it wasn't possible but eventually organised a transfer by small boat. We got there about an hour late. The journey would be a lot better if it was clear that the ferry doesn't go to Laem Tong as we could have got the faster boat for cheaper then organised our own transfer. There were a lot of confused people on the ferry as the timing wasn't clear. The sightseeing was ok and would be fine if known about on advance as long as you don't mind being late to the island.

My speedboat was supposed to sail at 13:30 to Phi Phi Island. We arrived at the pier an hour earlier. So we were kindly put on the boat at 12:30. Thanks a lot

IT was so Nice to Travel with this compagnie !

quick and easy transport. pretty straight forward, to bad we couldn't sit all the way up top. and we made a little visit to one of the islands close by, and had to wait to get some of the passengers on to a different boat (30 - 45min longer trip than it was advertised). but the weather and trip itself was nice, so no complaining here

Could not fault, timely and professional

Departure, right on time ! One thing to improve is communication : list of,spots (Kho Phi Phi, different hotels...) And no toilet on board...

It was really easy to get this ferry, there was air con and toilets or you can sit above deck in the fresh air.

Very hard mattress, terrible stink in bathroom. Told reception the first morning about the smell but nothing done till fix it.

Very straightforward and well organised

The trip haven't been comfortable, because the ship is a speedboat. It has the advantage is the more speed but it has disavantage that you dont' enjoy.
