Thank God I survived this trip. Driver was not safe at all. Lot's of „almost crashes“

The bus was an hour late with no one to inform us .

The bus left on time at 1:30pm and supposed to arrive 5:00pm - it arrived 6:45pm due to the heavy traffic in the highway. The driver re routed in some partially paved road to avoid the traffic - but he was driving crazy, super bumpy ride and honks at everyone who is running slow. He even counter flowed in the highway and “tried to insert the bus into the barriers going to the opposite direction to save time since we are behind schedule. Snacks were only given 30mins before arrival in Samarkand. As a tourist, I did not feel safe about the services offered by all comfort bus. It was not comfortable at all - atleast from my experience.

Mate in the bus woke me up a couple of times and make me put my foot somewhere else while it was already disturbing no one else. Also the passsenger sitting next to me noticed his behaviour and couldn’t make sense of it.

Unnecessary stop of one hour a midnight to let the driver eat in a restaurant. And one hour stop just before the arrival to put fuel in the bus. This could have been done after letting the passagers leave.

Good bus depot at Tashkent. Comfortable seating on bus that left on time and good check-in service at bus. Note bus depot is approx 5km from area around main attractions and hotels

It was strictly forbidden to take my laptop in a laptop size bag to the bus, only when an old lady had a same size bag in the bus for a toddler´s stuff and I insisited to talk to the boss, I was finally allowed to take it with me underneath the seat, not above where there wa space, too. Some minutes later, when the second driver passed through the bus he shoutes at me as I had dared to put up my feet a bit to make it more comfirtable in the narrow first row, while a fat man was sitting next tome hanging into my space as there was no handle between us. They gave us water and an ugly wrapped croissant after 4 hours upon arrival in Samarkand, bus went on to Buchara.

It is on time , provided complimentary drinks and snacks. The seats were comfortable . I enjoyed listening to music while watching the outside world.

Staff were pretty rude and disrespectful as they chat in their language about their passengers in, they arrived one hour late to the destination which caused me missing my flight. 12go on the other hand had no customer service in charge of such matter

When we arrived at the check-in point there was no bus to be found. We tried reaching the operator via phone and telegram without success. Just through sheer luck we found an employee of Allcomfort but other then "bus is late because of traffic jam" we got no information and no estimate when the bus is comming. There were 3 other busses coming and going to the destination we wanted to go to but for whatever reason it was not "our" bus and we needed to wait for over 3 hours until "our" bus picked us up. So in the end instead of arriving at 23.30, we arrived at 4 a.m. in the middle of the night at some bus stop where we were lucky enough to catch a taxi to our hotel. The bus itself was very hot and the ride was as bumpy as it gets, so sleeping is not possible. For a company that calls itself "Allcomfort" the comfort was very poorly. So overall we encountered almost no communication, no reasoning, no accommodation. Would not recommend.

We were assigned seats at the very back of the bus with all the bumps. We were not given a chance to choose our seats and the very back seats were not able to recline! Very bad experience. Also the charging port was not working!!!

Departure was from a new Bus Station in Samarkand while in ticket was mentioned other - Old Bus Station that is not working currently. As tourists we were lost at this point, found out about right departure point from our taxi driver. The trip took approximately for an 1 hour longer than was expected. Also for 5 hours night road we had 0 (zero) stops. So we were on a 5 hour trip without possibility to use bathroom/toilet. Bus drivers were driving pretty dangerously, considering it was nightime and raining outside. Also on trip from Tashkent to Samarkand we've been offered with drinks and sandwiches. There wasnt same service on trip back from Samarkand to Tashkent

Bus was on time. Red carpet ourside the bus. Soda offered once seated (fanta or cola). 10mn break in samarcande. Snack with a bottle of water given just before Samarcande. Would be nice if the bus had a toilet inside.
