No confusion and on time pick up and quicker crossing to Koh Kood than advertised. Can only give 5 stars. If there were more I’d give them.

Overall the transportation was easy. The ferry was super comfortable but the ride from pier to resort or hotel was a bit rough. We travel a lot throughout Thailand so we were kind of used to the Truck Taxi service. However, overall the experience was positive and the booking was easy. Will use this service again. Super helpful.
