Where do I start. Being charged duplicate times. No help and got ripped off at the pier. If they have to take advantage of retarted people thats piss poor

They changed our reservation because we arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes late due to the terrible bus.

We arrived late for the boat departure because of our delayed bus, which was not our fault. The staff of the boat pier were rude and would not rebook us or give us a discount for the boat we missed. Instead, they made us buy a new boat ticket, for which I would like to be reimbursed.

Good and fast boat ride. Price on site cheaper (150 Baht) than via 12Go however.
