They say small luggage is free, but they charge for carrying it because they say there's no room on the bus to carry it. It rained during the trip, and water seeped into the bus. The ferry and the bus were overbooked. There was no room to sit.
The journey itself was extremely stressful because my suitcase was seriously damaged during the first boat transfer from Koh Phi Phi.
My suitcase was damaged while being handled by the staff, and my belongings fell out. Instead of properly assisting me or documenting the incident, the staff gave me a garbage bag and told me to put my damaged suitcase and belongings inside it.
What made the situation even worse was the way the staff handled the incident. They were laughing and rushing me, telling me to hurry because the bus was waiting. I was then immediately transferred to the next stage of the journey, so I had no realistic opportunity to find the responsible staff member, make an official report, or ask for compensation at the port.
This was a multi-stage journey from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Phangan, involving a boat, a bus and another ferry. Because I had to continue the journey immediately, I could not simply stay at the first port and resolve the luggage issue there.
I have photographs documenting the damage and the bag that was given to me.
The way the luggage damage was handled was unacceptable. I hope the carrier and 12Go will take responsibility for investigating the incident and provide a proper solution for the damaged luggage.

Great experience, but our suitcase were outstide the boat while raining..
We were not sure because of the reviews but everything was perfect, good organisation at our arrival at the pier to go in the van. The only thing is that the last boat arrived at 5:30 pm not 4:30pm.

Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, we looked for the van but couldn't find it. We waited 20-30 minutes, then called the hotline number and someone came. The rest of the journey was uneventful.

The transfer van driver we had was very overbearing and rude and very strict.
Overall it went well except for the driver who pick us up from the small shuttle bus taking us to the stop where we took the large one, he was really agressive -obnoxious and not nice at all!
