Anonymous Terrible. The toilet did not work on the bus, it was uncomfortable and old and the driver dropped me off at a random location at 6am instead of the drop off location I had booked.

Anonymous 3 hour delay! A sold out double-decker broke down immediatelly after exiting Zagreb bus station. It tilted dangerously on exit, we were terrified, we were given no explanation as to what was going on, whoever was in charge on the other side of the phone line talking to the driver at one point apparently insisted that he attempt make the trip to Mostar. The driver thankfully refused and insisted that the bus was not safe and we then ended up waiting for nearly 2.5 hours for 2 replacement buses, but not before refusing collectively to continue the ride with a technically unsafe vehicle, after somebody from the management and what looked like maintenance came with a set of pliers(!) to "fix" the bus. The cost of passengers' life? The cost of an overpriced bus ticket! Shame on you, Croatia Bus and Globtour!
