Zadar to trogir. During our holiday we took the Arriva bus from Zadar to Trogir. We had a good ride and it is great that you can travel long distances by bus at an affordable price! It was not entirely clear to us where the bus was going to depart, but at the Arriva counter they helped us well. You also have to pay extra for your trolley's (€1.30 per trolley) which is not expensive, but it is not included in the price. In addition, we arrived in Trogir half an hour later than expected. We found this out ourselves by looking at google maps during the ride, because we were not told that we had been delayed.

Terrible experience. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction with the transport service provided by BRIONI Pula. Our group of eight people had an exceptionally unpleasant experience during the journey. There was an unpleasant smell of e-cigarettes and alcohol in the bus, which was being consumed by two drunk passengers occupying the last three rows. The situation was even more uncomfortable as these passengers were aggressive towards each other and other people on board. To make matters worse, instead of addressing the situation, the bus driver seemed to approve of it, cheerfully greeting the intoxicated passengers. We felt threatened throughout the entire journey and feared for our safety, especially since the only available seats were at the back of the bus, close to these individuals. I believe that BRIONI Pula should seriously consider improving their service standards and prioritizing passenger safety. Such situations are absolutely unacceptable, and I hope that appropriate steps will be tak.

Comfortable but a little scary at times. Wifi Helpfulness of elderly driver/ticket checker. Speed of driver at times who was driving to close to vehicles in front of him.

Very kind driver and assistent all the way through. I jumped off in Trogir and had forgotten my sunglasses in the bus. I contacted Arriva by mail, and the next day they called me to tell, that the sunglasses were found - super service from kind and honest staff. Would like pre-numbered seats.

More information. Bus arrived on time - was a nice ride - destinations announced upon arrival. At Bus Station not very clear what bus was leaving from where - could be clearer instructions - but just have to ask various bus drivers what bus is yours.
