Thayssa ROverall it is a good option to travel!! Cheap price for good service. The AC worked perfectly during the whole trip. And the sleeper option is comfortable for two people.
The only problems were: they didn't want to place our backpacks in the trunk and we had to travel with them on our feet. Then, it was not that comfortable.
In addition, the bus was delayed in almost one hour but we understand that traffic conditions could have affected it.
Keep in mind that the bus does not have toilet but it stopped once for toilet access.
