Poor experience overall. Honestly can’t think of anything good to say. Incredibly stressful experience, we arrived half an hour before our journey thinking it was plenty of time but nearly ended up missing the bus. Staff at the station want nothing to do with you if you can’t speak Bulgarian. Eventually made it to the bus where the driver was incredibly rude, clearly talking about us to other drivers in Bulgarian. Then told us we couldn’t take any food or water onto the bus for a 6 hour journey. When we got on literally everyone had food and bottles of water, so clearly he did this out of spite. Very intimidating for two young girls against middle aged men. Never been treated so poorly in my life, disgusted with the whole experience.

Sofia to Sunny beach. We came at our destination 30 minutes earlier. Driver doesn't know English so when we had a pause we didn't know the duration of pause and all other informations because it was only on Bulgarian language.

the driver didn't speak english but he was helpful, the bus arrived half an hour early before scheduled time. the bus was old, no toilet, little leg room, no power outlet.
