Anonymous Bus was about 2 hours late with some random stops that didn’t make sense. Left on time, was clean and friendly. Random stops especially when already running late. One stop lasted over 45 minutes and it was just in the middle of nowhere. Meant that I missed a tour I had booked.

Anonymous Rude driver and late service. Bus was very clean. When loading/unloading bags, the bus driver was harassing my partner (Asian male) while ignoring all of the locals and white tourists. The driver’s behaviour was racist and disgusting.

Anonymous The cleanliness of the bus and the comfort of the seats were good. Despite the winding roads, our driver was very experienced. The driver was one of the rudest people I have ever seen in my life. He shouted warnings to many people, did not give any break warnings in English, and we could not understand how much time we had. During the last break, he took off to avoid waiting for a person who was going to the toilet, but with the insistence of the passengers, we barely persuaded him to wait. I hope he receives the necessary warnings and does not treat his passengers this way again. I don't think he stayed true to the break times, we stopped at each stop for almost 30-40 minutes and arrived in Kotor 1 hour late. He was always extremely rude to strangers, racist.

Anonymous Good ride but took much longer than expected. Also it was not very clean. Beautiful scenedy. Took like one hour more than scheduled. Two 25 min stops along the way. Not so clean. Not good food on any of the stops.

Anonymous They played Balkan songs all night, so i couldn’t sleep a lot. Personal was incredibly rude! It really went to the destination. The assistant is incredibly rude! He just burn you if you ask questions to them and humiliates you. The bus has no sign that writes kotor. The bus was not direct at all, not worth it!

Anonymous From Kotor to Sarajevo/return. I traveled with my husband and 3 children. The bus was clean with Air Con. The driver made us feel very safe. Would definitely use this bus company to go again.
