Maria MLeft in time but my seat's handle was broken and sitting on the aisle for hours without the handle it's not comfortable as you can easily slip off on a curve. Also, the driver dropped us off at another station without any explanation, he just told us all to grab a Grab and took off. When we told him that the place is not correct, he just waved us off and took off, leaving us stranded. Just because taking a grab is fairly cheap, it doesn't mean they can drop you off just about anywhere..

Teresa BThe travel was Ok, and bus was very comfortable BUT I want to add that we booked a bus at 9:00 that should have arrived at 13:45, but seemed that we were few people to chater at that time so we had to wait till next one, at 10:00. What’s more, I don’t know if it arrives to Penang Sentral in butterworth, because it crossed first the bridge to Penang island to Sungai Nibong Bus Terminal, where we went down and took a Grab from there to the hotel. It was around 14:00.

Svan Yeah really good experience. Details all add up. You go to the immigration office in Langkawi 2 hours before, hand them your passport and fill out your immigration forums. Then you wait till 30 minutes before departure. The boat is big and spacious, didn’t feel the ocean much. Once you arrive at Koh lipe, you’ll get on a small boat for the last 2 minutes in, leave your baggage behind and do the pass control in Koh lipe as well, 200bht entry for everyone, but there is a atm there. Recommend sitting close to the doors/entry, so you get of early… as the que on land gets long.
