John EThe bus left at 4:30am which is 30minutes late. So I did not make it on my scheduled on that day. Also, the conductor and driver is requiring a printed copy of the voucher. No instruction said to print it.

Willy Bus Company Ceres requires a printed copy of voucher,it is a inconvenience for a traveller who has no access to a printer.Unlike other platforms such as Airlines you present your eticket and they’ll print your boarding pass.

Gabor BBus was comfy, only left 20min late arrived on time. Printing the voucher seems utterly useless and wasteful. The driver/ticket inspector could have just looked at my phone to confirm my booking. The person at the help desk refused to print my voucher. There's a printing shop just at the corner where you can print (around 10pesos). Allow extra time for that.
