Only remark is that we had to see for ourselves our bus was leaving. The announcement was only made in the Indonesian language, which was too fast for us to uncode. Next time when there are foreign travellers, please notify them properly in English

Lauren Comfortable van that was on time. Office staff very helpful and friendly during check-in. However, our driver was clearly falling asleep while driving down the highway at high speeds. We were also told by staff in the office that we could be dropped off at an Indomaret close to our hotel. When we asked the driver he declined (meaning we went 6km past our hotel and had to pay for a Grab to go back). It was the office staff who'd initially asked us where we'd like to be dropped which we appreciated! It was unfortunate that it wasn't well received by the driver.
