Comfortable bus slept well.Did not like that we were delayed 1hr and got the message while sleeping at 11.45pm.we were in bed at 8pm because we had to be up at 2am

We were unfamiliar with both T1 and T2 but had booked to leave from T2 as that appeared to be our only option. Our inbound flight landed at T1 46 minutes late, why cut down our available time to get to T2 to catch the bus at 1700 hrs. My wife and I both suffer from bad knees with fast walking and lifting presenting problems for us. At T1 we had trouble communicating with anyone who could confirm what we had to do to get to T2 with our luggage to get to T2. We did make it, with 7 minutes to spare. I had to lift our cases up a considerable height to put them in the hod without any assistance. This caused me huge knee pain. On boarding the bus, we found our sllocted seats to be occupied by two Spanish travellers who told us they were going to T1 to disembark! Surely, the coach then went back to T1 where they got off and we occupied our allocated seats! We had just been through over 45 minutes of unnecessary stress and actual pain because of this. We were also at a loss to understand a delay at the transport interchange outside KL, where we appeared to sit without reason for something like another 40 minutes, ultimately delaying our arrival into Ipoh by around 50 minutes, beyond the closing time for check-in to our accommodation. Again, no assistance whatsoever with unloading our luggage, made worse by the driver starting to close the door down while we still had my case to remove. The coach seats were comfortable but the temperature was far too cold. Overall, a very bad experience and one we would not repeat or recommend for elderly people who do not speak Bahasa.
